Mr 10ceniroh,these are steps u'll take to pay ur debts.
1. Pray 2 God 2 see u thru.
2. Borrow 4rm a frnd or siblings 2 pay due debt now,i.e recyle ur debt,till u're buoyant 2 clear all.
3. Credit immdtly any money that come in2 ur hand.
4. Make paying back ur top priority.
5. Remain +ve,despite u're in debt.

Not that one should not sympathise with beggars but the point here is that we need to identify them. some people on the street are armed robbers at night. i support fashola in institutionalising beggers. beggers please leave the streets for we know u have an option and lagos state has made lots of provision for u.

though the federal govt. is not paying for the dead, I think 5 million is too small especially for families that sent there children abroad to study.
