I don't condone indiscipline but my questions are who gave that punishment? INEC STAFF? Why will a corp member accept to kneel down as punishment when not in camp? There are other forms of punishment that suites their status I hate it when I hear corps members, undergraduates kneeling down. It's degrading and not befitting for someone at that age..Come on are they pupils. |
kayusely70:University of agricultural makurdi is one of them |
Mr blogger be careful what u post..The media have been used in recent time to deceive naive people..Is it the region a person hails from that should b d focus or what he/she can offer as a public servant. This is Nigeria where tribal and religious sentiments have clouded our judgment and I'm not disputing the fact that it has eaten deep into every facets of life but we should look beyond that..Look at an individual and think of what that person can offer..NB :I'm not campaigning for anyone.. just a general thought |
A house of confusion. Part of the problems we faced and will still face in this administration. No viable National assembly to check the excesses of the executive. Just enjoy the drama |

kingar:bros try and understand the article before making such comments. It is a just a project that needs a team of engineers not a full company employment. The fact that we are providing six engineers for a team for this project is laudable. At least knowledge will be transferred. |

Waste of tax payers money.. You know when someone is idle, he/she begins to imagine ridiculous things.. Just imagine our senators..is skirt/trousers our priority as a nation right now.. If u can't abide by the law, just stay in your house.. Nigerians are very religious but don't really follow the teachings of God.. MISPLACED PRIORITIES! ! |

POLITICISING THE MINISTERIAL APPOINTMENTS...After a long wait, the president finally announced the members of his cabinet on wednesday and the first Federal Executive Council meeting of this administration was held. Most of the ministers immediately sprung into action and promised to do their best towards actualizing the change mantra of the APC led government. This is a good development considering the fact that the administration is behind schedule if i must say, towards delivering on the promise made to Nigerians. My worry is on d basis that Nigerians have been making comments on the criteria and credibility of the various ministers and their capability to function in their ministries..This would have been a good argument but for the fact that it is based on ethnic sentiments. It is appalling to see on the newspapers a set of people from an ethnic group/state complaining about the portfolio assigned to their 'son'. At this state and stage of our country should that be a source of worry? Is the ministry of solid minerals not very important towards the development of our country at this stage of dwindling oil revenues? I believe a minister in this ministry can make a name for himself if he can help diversify the nations economy. Some are even jubilating that their Sons were giving juicy portfolios. There's no 'juice' in Nigeria right now..Where's the water and the fruits to produce 'juice'? All the ministries have to work in unison for the the country to develop. So instead of celebrating your 'sons' that you may never see,be ready to provide constructive criticisms so as to spur them to deliver. Let us learn to make constructive comments and stop allowing our vast ethnic divide to cloud our judgement and lets see what this cabinet has to offer Nigerians. |
This issue is always been talked about..The fact is,Graduates been unemployable, whose fault is it? The Educational system/structure/curriculum? The Government(lack of infrastructure in institutions)? Over reliance on paper qualification? or lack of personal development on d part of undergraduates? d questions r numerous nd need ans |
I wonder how some articles get to the front page |
OP you have never had an encounter with a 'village girl' before thats why u are generalizing this issue. It boils down to moral upbringing and individual psyche..By the way, do we still have village girls? |
Not all married women pls@Op..It boils down to ones situation, psyche and personality |

so that corruption body still exists...EFCC has been dormant for 4years even when evidence of financial crimes where glaring for all to see.Government resources used in running this body for 4 years should have been used for other relevant things. |
