April is still waiting for approval? But some people that applied in May and June have been getting theirs.

How do I submit upfront medicals for study visa. When I applied, I didnt submit any, hence I chose the submit upon request option. I applied on 1st July, 2021. Is it advisable to submit upfront medicals without any request from the VO?
