Have been having problems on how to delete some videos on my Android phone since I changed from lollipop OS to marshmallow OS. I Ve tried different apps and methods, yet no avail. Please help

not my memory card, it is internal memory.

I can't delete file on my android, the videos that was there before upgrading to marshmallow OS can't be deleted. Pls guru in the house help me.
