Awka Millennium city is over 5000 hectares because it has phases 1,2 & 3. They just on the part of phase 1. Ongoing Onitsha luxury estate is over 2800 hectares, Efab Estate Awka is about 1500 hectares. Either you are envious or you haven't been to Anambra before. Lemme not mention smaller ones that are less than 1k hectares. Anambra is not your mate in real estate development in igboland.

There's another one being built in Awka(Efab), etc. I can go on and on. Anambra is the real estate headquarters in igboland.
