Just like saying establish more prisons because of crime and criminals. Instead of studying what made Norway and other Scandinavia countries to know why they have low crime rate.
Deal with the root cause of insecurity and crime and watch the economy grow |

mrvitalis: Having resources is one, having resources that's economically viable to extract at a comparative advantaged point is another thing ... That's complex economics
Lol agriculture $10 trillion dollars? ... Ok let's take .. Ok let's take agricultural
Please how exactly do you want government to earn money from Agriculture?
1) you want government to acquire peoples land and farm it? 2) you want government to tax farmers?
Let take it step by step
How exactly would a government generate revenue from agriculture 1. you quoted me out of context i said Agricultural potential of Nigeria is about 1 trillion dollars 2. the 10 trillion dollars i was talking of is in the long term and it is for the whole economy. For the questions you asked. 1.Federal Government owns all the Lands in Nigeria through the Land use act of 1978 which is enshrined in the Constitution but can be administered through the states. so government can influence the use of any land it deems fit for the general good of the citizens which includes food security 2. In as much as i am an advocate of a welfarist state which Nigeria is one. In statehood, nationhood and citizenship. it component have a duty to play one of which include that the state gives security and welfare of the citizens while the citizens are expected to cooperate by paying taxes. Now whenever one party fails in her obligations expect a chaotic situation which breeds lack of trust based on the expected duties of the parties involved. So Farmers and every other productive citizens are expected to pay their taxes. but of course not the leaking coffers of the present Leadership that. have failed to protect the citizenry. Now to the revenue generation part it is not difficult for the government when they have done their own part of the bargain. Taxes and export duties comes handy because it is a producing nation. Revenue drive or generation is not difficult if government lives upto her obligations But of a true Nigeria is a wealthy Nation i want you to know that |

mrvitalis: A a country name them.. The quantity then divide by 200 million There is state in Nigeria that does not have atleast a mineral resources in commercial quantities with arable lands for agriculture. For human capital there is no state that its productive adults are not more than 500,000. The question should be how do you harness this quantities of natural and human resources to be productive. Agriculture alone can give Nigeria over 1 trillion Dollars with the right Leadership and harnessing of human capital resources within 5 years. you can bookmark this quote. The annual revenue of each state should not be less than atleast $10 billion if they were very serious. Nigeria have the potential of being a 10 trillion dollar economy in the next 25 years if we have the right Leadership |

mrvitalis: What does EU wants from Nigeria that they can't get? Smh
Nigeria VAT should be 15% and should be paid at the point of consumption not production so each state cab collect their VAT themselves Based on the present realities no need to touch there. see Nigeria is Blessed with both natural and Human resources beyond measure but poor Leadership greed and nepo-ethnocentric politics will not allow them focus and get the best. Let no leader whether political or otherwise down play this known fact. Most middle East nations do not tax both to foreigners and citizens. what are they doing that we are not? This is a food for thought. |

AnanseK: 1. Of course you know that the 81% political appointments for north is a bloody lie but not being an honorable person yourself you chose to stick to falsehood. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/248417-fact-check-buharis-appointments-presidencys-list-inaccurate-several-names-omitted-others-wrongly-described.html2. And you know that the SE gave Buhari 5% of the votes he received in the 2015 general election which is okay since they either don't agree with the policies he presented or they don't have confidence in him.
3. Those who gave him the 95% either believed in his policies or were confident they made a good choice. So how can you expect me to appoint in equal numbers those who have confidence in my capacity and policies with those who clearly don't ? Why are you so selfish , you want eat your cake and have it? Will you be happy to implement policies you don't agree with? Sorry he said 97% on the National television. What happened to one Nigeria? hypocrite 4. Regarding security at Anambra election. If you don't want to do things in a civilized manner , how would the government treat you in civilized way? they have been civil in their demands but the government of the day chose uncivilized manner in addressing it. there is no justification whatsoever to warrant such magnitude of force in a Democratic dispensation. in a state that is not under state of emergency nor at war |

presidency: President Muhammadu Buhari: "There is no part of Nigeria where you will not find Igbo entrepreneurs. So I am asking you all not to buy into the senseless propaganda on secession. Igbo is Nigeria and Nigeria is Igbo. Both are inseparable." #PMBinSE Attimes i wonder who is behind this moniker that keeps releasing these press statements we are not doubting your claims but your governance have proved otherwise.... the 5%, 97% statement which is we ve now seen evident in your appointments by given over 81% of your appointment to your Region Imagine Anambra decides of November 18th, 2017. "Security Strategy Breakdown: 26,000 Armed Policemen/Counter Terrorism. 10,000 Armed Soldiers. 5,000 Armed Naval Officers. 3,000 Armed Air force Officers. 11,000 Armed Civil Defence Corps. 3,000 Trained Dogs. 100 War Gunboats. 15 Armour Personal Carrier (APC). + War aerial helicopters". Are we going for war or is this still for an election? I want to use this medium to ask that you reduce this show of force to certain parts of the country. and prove to your fellow country men what leadership and governance is. Nigerians are tired of this type of change they are experiencing. They need life changing policies. We are tired of selective corruption fight. Put the right things in place and watch your citizens love you |

Guyman02: Organizing protests is a full time business now in Abuja. I have a friend who goes around soliciting for protesters for politicians whom he pays N2000 for participation, he just put a call to women leaders in Mpape, Karmo and Marraraba and tell them how women he wants. For the men folk he drives to Wuye and Berger junction which are melting points for artisans who do labourer and bricklaying jobs and give them T-Shirts and provide a bus to take them to national assembly. The T-Shirts and banner with inscriptions can be printed within 1 hour in UTC Area 10 Garki, Abuja and he is ready to move his team.
Ironically many of the women in this picture have never heard of the name Fayose nor his position as Governor of Ekiti State before now.
This is what normally happens after the protests, he pays their leaders and disappears and fights breakout because their leaders are always greedy |
