Relax, I am not avoiding the question, but I want to take things easy because I feel that answering your question outrightly may not make us to appreciate the "money" part of the business. But I am happy you have ran enterprises, so I will give you an old man's tale that can help you figure out the ROI.

here comes the tale; I have a proposed annual capacity of 60 tonnes, that is to say that I will target 5 tonnes/month. Note: the installed capacity is actually above 5 tonnes/month. I targeted to start operation at 30% (1.5 tonne/month), unfortunately I started at ~10% (475kg). To achieve that, I spend #172, 020 (including raw materials, labour, power and transport) and it gives me a total of 110 cartons containing 100 pieces each excluding offcuts. That is to say that I spend about #1563 to produce one carton, #15.63 per tablet. On a wholesale, I sell #1750 and #1800 per carton depending on negotiation and quantity demanded. On an average, I make #200 per carton. Now let met give you an assignment, deduce the ROI.

I lease gen (a 40kva generator), though I have "NEPA" I am yet to use it in production. I hire labour on contract. Any time I want to run production, I call in three more hands and I pay each #2000/day. I actually run that ~10% in a day. That is to say that my cost of production can still come down when i reach a full/regular operation as i will employ factory workers on a full time basis, paying them like #15000/month thus bringing down their salary to as low as #500/day. More so, by that time I would have integrated "NEPA" into the business. That will further bring down my cost of production and increase my profit and the ROI.

I was at isikwuato,op's factory site last week thursday because of consultation and business deal which still in progress, sincerely speaking I was expecting to see small soap machines since he said he constructed them by himself but instead, without exaggerating, his soap machines are better than those i have seen so far where i stay (Aba) and onitsha in terms of simplicity, standard and size (bigger than what is in the images). I couldnt believe he did it himself; so i didnt hesistate to contract him for mine too. I wont say much, things are better seen than described.
I forgot to take pictures but wont nxt time in case i decide to tell my story in future.

Many people lack these orientation am about to give. When taking a DE form ur exact cgpa doesn't count it's only ur graduating class dat counts and it is graded into points as follows
2.2 \credit = 9 points
2.1 \merit = 12 points
1st class \ distinction = 15points
So note like make ur cgpa b 4.45 it's strictly just a 2.1 dat is 12points. It's only holders of Alevel certifications dat hav d freedom of having from 0 to 16pts which is d max.

Read between the lines. DE admissions officers don't screen transcripts don't let anyone deceive you. #i was a victim for years

We're in the 21st century....and to date cannot say 50% of basic 20th century infrastructure has been achieved.... or is going to be achieved as far as we can see. Your vision of development is also a problem..... the same kind of vision too many of our leaders have..... development is measured in terms of foreign investment. When a foreign investor comes..... it's almost always...always exploitation but the justification is almost always...always jobs are provided. Maybe it is better we remain the way we are rather than have our resources be taken away from us with nothing to show for it and we be gradually shoved off our lands.

when i say "investors", i dont mean only foreign investors but there are also investors among us who are afraid to invest in their country rather they prefer outside due to unfavourable conditions here.

Actually, Nigeria might still be underdeveloped come 2023, I stated this because key factors to her development are being neglected or not fully approached.
If the government as an elected body is more focused on these key factors, there will be a remarkable change in the development of the nation.
As a country, there are just 4 basic key factors which should be tackled and then the country becomes fertile to attract more development.
*Sercurity* :
The citizens of the country should be guaranteed of their safety anywhere and anytime in all parts of the country with the aim that the Blood of any Nigerian is worth over every other thing. This will encourage Nigerians to freely visit any part of the country, can live and invest there. Hence the security agencies and judiciary should be disciplined and able to serve the nation without been influenced.
*Good Transport system* :
If our roads and airports are in good condition and built or maintained to the required standards, investors including transport merchants will be able to come in and settle. In this 21st century, I think every state in Nigeria should have a good functional airport of its own weather its useful to the state or not, even some states need more than one. I can remember spending more than 8hrs travelling from Jalingo to Gembu both in Taraba state, on a lonely and very risky road climbing the Gembu mountain. If such travel is assisted with airplanes , I dont see reason why Gembu town which is a blessed in Agriculture and tourism will still be stagnant in terms of development.
*Special Infastructures* :
Nigeria today, though blessed with crude oil is yet to have a good functional refinery, even the existing ones are not given adequate maintenance. Up till now, we sell the raw material(crude oil) we are blessed with to import finished products, its really pathetic. If these special infrastructures like refineries (at least one good functional refinery built to standard) and stadiums are put in place , it will create another source of revenue for the country, reduce fuel scarcity and eliminate fuel subsidy.
*Power* :
If good electricity is accessible in most parts of the country, by tackling it directly and ensuring that all power facilities are built to standard and properly managed, it will attract investors and create another source of revenue for the country.
All these abovementioned tackles all the problems in Nigeria today including ethnic agitations, fuel scarcity and unemployment which seems to be the major ones.
Nigeria can be great again, GOD bless Nigeria!
