For me I use Istock, artlist, freepik, unsplash and YouTube. (istock and artlist are the best for me, I use premium account)

As for the video @godedperson, it's AI generated probably by Invideo and edited. Most of the footages from what I observe are from movie scenes.

OP it's virtually impossible to make 30Mins to 60Mins video everyday which you yourself know it's true. You are wicked to begin with. If you need someone to make a 30Mins video that should be 2Days max. You want the person to clip images and videos for a 30Mins video which you know you will still tell the person to do voice over or even caption for the video. You should pay at least 100K for this.

As an editor myself, lowest I collect from anyone is 50k per a minute video, that's for minimum edits
