You can see the guy's face was bloodied all over.

The same thing happened in Turkey last month when a gymist punched a guy who is a florist for making use of his wife's pictures in a flower ad.

He punched the guy on the face and he suffered internal haemorrhage which put him in a coma till he died a week later.
