Their payment plan is very friendly (12 months) but the tuition fee is high. Over 17k after 4k discount...

I'm not sure that's correct, considering I still have my old passport and was told to bring it along when collecting my new one so that the old one can be cancelled.

they requested for a letter from my school if I can't provide IELTS..so I got attestation to proficiency in English Language from my school.

Yes Russia export those things but this other big countries like US, China, Japan Germany also have big market share into industry e.g Russia export 37million tonnes of wheat per year, but the US and Canada each exports 26 million tonnes per year. Other countries are not far behind. Weapon? US, China, France, UK have just as big export.
Every Commodities Russia exports, other big countries have big market share too.
Problem is there are lots of industries that Russia have have almost to none market share.

I have 3 question.

Why they didnt even offer me any scholarship yet?

I read about the postgraduate territory award scholarship for Africans from their website, stating I will be eligible when I can pay 50% enrollment fee before school resumes sept 1st. Any info on that?

Will they still ask for POF before issuing me CAS after payment of 4k deposit, but now they didnt mention anything related to that?

Pls I be grateful if my questions are answered.

I agree with you on the fact that Russia export other things aside from oil but so is Nigeria. The issue is that Russia just like Nigeria don't export enough of other things. One question for you, What do you use in your everyday life that is Russia made?

I don't know who you are but one thing I am sure of is that, you spend more on/ have Chinese, Japanese, India, US, UK made products.
What makes a country economy big is how much they have to offer rest of the world.
Russia is 11th biggest economy in the world so it not poor. The other countries I mentioned are just way bigger.

Go to school, you won't go. Read and learn, you won't read. You think landsize is what makes economy big. Russia is the biggest country in the world by land size. So are you saying that they are the richest?
Oil is Russia major export to the world. How many other product have you seen or have in your house that is made in Russia. Texas have oil but have diversify it's economy to also focus/export advance technology, biotechnology, aeronautics, manufacturing, life science etc. This are values that are exported and used in everyday home around the world.
US, China, Japan, Germany, UK, India, France are all smaller in size to Russia but are far bigger economy cause they offer more to the world.
Fun fact, Texas produces about half of oil that Russia produces per day. So Texas is not even far off when it comes to oil.
Another fun fact, Top ten biggest economy are not major exporter of oil.
Lastly, the fact that oil is not your highest expense monthly should show you that being an oil exporter isn't as important as technology manufacturing, biotechnology etc put together

How long did it take for them to review the documents you uploaded. I have uploaded everything except for my bank statement and I am waiting for my POF to mature which will mature on the 1st April. Which coincidentally is the deadline day for CAS request. I hope to upload the bank statement first thing in the morning once I get it.
