The Chief Executive Officer of Ochacho Real Homes; King Mohammed Odeh has given his consent to a women group in Upu Village, Otukpo LGA of Benue State.

The business mogul who was on a condolence visit to his maternal home met the group of women christined OCHACHO WOMEN LIGHT MOVEMENT who had been organising themselves with a view to self help and empowerment through cooperative activities.

The group made up of married women, widows and mothers was highly elated to receive King Mohammed who was accompanied by his younger brother and Managing Director of Ochacho Foundation, Hon. Alex Enokela, Chief Obogo Alapa and a host of others.

King Mohammed Odeh said it was challenging to see women in the rural area not giving up on life but putting heads together to support their husbands and families. He said it was not a coincidence that on this mother's day he finds himself in the midst of great women.
He made a cash donation of one hundred thousand naira to the group while promising to put up a trust fund to support their course. In his own contribution, Hon. Alex Enokela donated 50 bags of rice to the women.

Hon. Alexander Enokela Ogbe, the Managing Director of Ochacho Foundation and Otukpo/Ohimini House of Representatives hopeful in 2023 and Real Estate Mogul who also doubles as the CEO of Ochacho Real Homes, King Mohammed Odeh Adah have revealed plans to establish an Airstrip (Mini Airport) in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State.

The duo made this known while supporting a grassroot football tournament with N2 million earlier this month.

According to the Ochacho brothers; "We have gotten approval from the Federal Government of Nigeria to establish an Airstrip which is more like a mini airport in Otukpo, where private jets and helicopters can land and also take off at ease.

"It is our dream to see people land in Otukpo first before going to any other place in Benue.

"We are looking forward to purchasing a land to execute the project already and I have strong faith that God in his infinite mercy and grace will see us through," they said.

King Mohammed Odeh Adah, the CEO of Ochacho Real Homes and Hon. Alexander Enokela Ogbe, the CEO of Atilary Homes and Atilary Studios, on Thursday, March 18th, 2021, paid a working visit on the Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Distinguished Sen. George Akume.



The former Benue State Governor and Federal Lawmaker received the real estate moguls at his Abuja office alongside prolific legal luminary, Barr. Agbo Madaki.

Top on the agenda of the matters discussed during the visit included "identifying the challenges facing affordable housing in Nigeria and how it could be brought to the barest minimum for Nigerian civil servants."
