Rose2014:Speak for you itself, stoopid slave. I am not a slave and neither are my people slaves. Your people are the once crying for freedom so you must be the slaves here. Yorubas are neither slaves to the North or South. From the beginning our leaders have toed the part of negotiating for true Federalism within the context of a Nigerian state. It's you Igbo that have been causing headache in Nigeria since independence - from executing the first coup, to the civil war, and now because you have lost your position in government you want to secede. That is fine and I support your desires for you r own country. It is the SS I feel sorry for coz we all know why you all are trying to blackmail them into supporting your ambitions. That bananna republic of Biafra will only work if homogeneously Igbo, if not you will frustrate the minorities in your midst not only via domination but soon you will begin to claim their lands and label them lazy since Igbo are the only tribe that isn't lazy, according to you all - even in Ghana, Kenya and S.A you label your hosts lazy coz you are the only hardworking group in the whole of Africa. All the best in your Biafra. Igbo kwenu. |
udordike:You people and empty threats sha! I recall many of you bragged that Buhari "can never rule a united Nigeria", there will be war if Buhari wins, blah blah blah. Igbos are a peculiar lot indeed. They are the ones trying to instigate the SS to secede along with you simply coz you lost your influence in gov't? ? Very childish bunch. Smh. |
otokx:Any SE/SS alliance post-GEJ will fail coz the tie that bound them was the Jonathan presidency, which is now practically history. Besides, the SS isn't an homogeneous entity to speak with one voice. In any such alliance as is being proposed, sooner than later the treacherous Igbos will soon begin to domineer over the others -- igbos were willing to play second fiddle to the ijaw during Jonathan's presidency due to his position as president. But now that he's gone they will assert their numerical superiority as usual. Nothing new. |
SHARIAREPORTERS:I agree. Plus, the igbos are angry and jealous slaves. They served the Hausa-Fulani via political alliance for so long with nothing to show for it, before and after the civil war (go ask Azikiwe and Ekwueme), and their last slave-master was an ijaw called Ebele Jonathan. I guess they must really miss being slaves coz they have been foaming in the mouth since Goodluck lost reelection. ![]() |

lakesidepapa:Bro, don't underestimate Omisore o. The guy has been scheming to become governor since 1999. He puts the 'D' in desperation. |
Chigold101:You guys must really miss being Hausa slaves, going by the way you lot have been foaming in the mouth since the SW/Northern alliance. Una dey behave like jealous first wives. ![]() |
customized13:Your fathers were Hausa slaves, go ask Azikiwe and Ekwueme. Their last slave master was an ijaw named Ebele Jonathan. ![]() |
SHARIAREPORTERS:On your death certificate, your cause of death will read: "TinibuThitis". Continue. ![]() |
I heared a hot rumour that Omisore is already making moves to decamp to the APC. No be me o. Na my close staunch PDP pally on ground in Ife gimme the gist. He said the guy expects to lose at the Supreme court and believes his best bet to finally clinch the governorship position is to eat crow and decamp coz if he couldn't become governor even with GEJ's federal might, how much more under Buhari. Also, he feels that if APC could accept a former foe in the person of Oyinlola, then he sees no reason why he also can't be accepted into the fold. Na the gist be dat o |
customized13:Rag better pass slave? ![]() |
Yimu. Fake news from scaMnewsnigeria. |
customized13:Omo Igbo, if you call us rags today, remember your people were the first set of slaves who went into political alliance with the North for many years, both before and after the civil war? You must really miss that position, going by the way you all have been foaming in the mouth since your last slave-master GEJ lost reelection. |
BiHung:Choi! Gbishaun! |
This same fake news again? ? Didn't it litter this whole space some 3 or 4 days ago? Na how many times Una go recycle this same old news? |
SHARIAREPORTERS:Yeah right. A 150-room capacity Four Points hotel is also under construction in Ibadan so make we hear word abeg. |
Ojiofor:My friend get away (in igbo accent). Didn't you notice other ethnic groups leaving their own comments? Why are you only singling out Yorubas? If anything, majority of Yorubas so far have expressed support for ohaneze's position so what is your problem? ? |
Ishilove:Ishi gini? ? What is going on here? Are you two toasting each other? |
omonnakoda:Actually, there's business in SE, just not 'Big Business' on the scale that can be accommodated in a place like the SW. That's why they have stuck to trading business. Unfortunately, they can't trade amongst themselves alone hence their need to migrate to other parts of Nigeria due to stiff competition amongst themselves. |
Nigeria should please free Igbo to have and enjoy their Biafra. But the Igbo too should be kind enough to free and quit marginalizing the "Osu" amongst them. |
chukwudi44:LOL! Yeah ebeo boy! Put a spin on it Claiming moral victory is allowed. |
Abegi, make them carry go. We sef don tire for all their mouthing. Upon all their noise about seceding, they are still moving to other parts of Nigeria in droves. They have made it clear they want out, so they should just go already. I for one would respect them if they follow it through. Enough of these empty threats, please. |
chukwudi44:You'd better believe it. We Yorubas pooped all over your Biafra ambitions the last time -- go ask your elders. Without our alliance with the North you probably would be happily bearing a different nationality by now. That is a testament of how much power we wield over your collective destiny, so show some respect ebeo boy. ![]() |
Rose2014:LMAO! Ode, dey dia dey deceive yourself. Since when did SE become a factor when it comes to determining who becomes president? Hasn't the last presidential election proved how irrelevant you guys are? Besides, I seriously doubt the SS would be foolish enough to ally themselves with your sorry asses come next election. By then the PDP would have been reduced to a regional party anyway. |
Remarkable:Yimu. Hot air as usual. Heaven will not fall if Tinubu gets an oil block. Danjuma has one and even after his many insults against the SE nothing happened except the usual empty threats. It is obvious igbos are trying to instigate the SS against the rest of Nigeria as they are afraid to go it alone in their agitation for Biafra. The SS can be negotiated with for a logical solution to their grievances, but the treacherous igbos can't be trusted from here to there. Like Ironsi, they lack the tact and capacity to lead Nigeria. They will set the country on fire with their caustic and in-bred hatred for the Northerners and the rest of us in the South. |
NewNigeriaMind:Forget it, SE and SW can't unite coz the SEners have a sick and in-bred hatred for Yorubas, and besides they are politically irrelevant in the overall scheme of things. I consider the North Central a more worthy alliance prospect. |
phyllosilicate:That's coz they are the real slaves. When they were in political alliance with the North in the past as junior partners, they didn't consider themselves 'slaves' to the Northerners then, but now Yorubas and the Northerners are in alliance and all of a sudden we are 'slaves'. Moronic Ode oshi gbogbo. |
emiye:Are you minding the fools? Their unfounded hatred for us has completely obliterated their sense of reasoning. Smh. |
You Igbos are perpetual failures who never seem to learn. All your pre/post-elections predictions against SW political ambitions have failed and will continue to. Nairaland is still littered with all your failed postulations of doom against the Yorubas before this past elections -- how GEJ will win the SW, how Atiku will beat Buhari in the primaries, how Igbos will determine the next president, etc), but obviously you are yet to learn to keep your envious, foolish, and infantile predictions to yourselves. Smh. What a bunch of sorry losers. |
