well i think its still a matter of who get leg pass for niaja, but lets PRETEND we are in a society where people actually get what they really deserve , then i would have to go with the masters degree and less working experience cos believe it or not a masters degree give u a defined perspective regarding ur job where u want to go and basically acilitiates a faster career growth,
