I've said it before that if all Nigerian families are mandated to do DNA test today, over 70% of all families in the country would collapse. The level of paternity fraud that has being going on low-key in this country is staggering.

An efficient rail system,creating and building more roads and bridges,introducing more BRT buses, making use of the water ways would do the job. Lagos is the richest state in west Africa so can afford it.
