Read the whole of it. She tried to correct the impression (about pride) that a lot of people had about her. In the end, she mentioned a misunderstanding (which is normal for such an intimate relationship that they had, as described in the OP). The disagreement between Funke and this young lady shouldn't be that much of news but for those hungry bloggers who blew it out of proportion and allowed people to start reading meanings to things.

There is nothing in the write up that suggests what led to misunderstanding. It's just stories about the favor "Aunty" Funke did for her, and how she turned to slave for Funke which I think is the whole point of the long write up.
What people or better still wants to hear is what really caused their misunderstanding, and she refused to address it but she successfully paint herself as angel.

Well, she is not the one being maligned. People are blindly siding her in the matter. It's Toyo that is being blindly accused of ingratitude among other things. People were making up stories and people were simply faulting "Toyo" without caring to wait for her side of the story. I have not read anywhere where anyone faulted Funke. All the blames went to "Toyo" some calling her proud, others calling her an ingrate.

But she didn't say anything here. Just rambling about how she's doing unofficial work as if she was forced. She's playing emotional card and the same time not saying what really happened that caused their separation.
To me, this write up is nothing but for public to be sympathetic to her plight and paint 'Aunty" Funke as inconsiderate and wicked being.
