amjoseph19: Lost battle abi na winning battle... what's your own in it? You all want him to fail and according to you he is on the wrong path. You should be happy rather than bring concerned. Let me explain it to you the way you will understand. It's just like you want your friend to fail the exam he is writing, you peep through his answer sheet, you saw that he is writing jargons. Are you not supposed to be happy and smiling? Why are you are telling him what he is doing wrong??
Hello kiddo... mark my word, any day Kanu begins to seek the opinion of those whose houses are in Abuja is the day he will fail. stop, stop pls, don't be carried away with emotional but face the reality and see how it's difficult or easy to have independent state in the existing Sovereign state. today every one has access to information and record is there for you, unless you refused. I challenge you to proof me wrong with documentations! ok! |

Lightening: The people of a region are the political force of that region or do you know of another? Shallow thinking at its best. Don't be confused, the political, cultural, economics and social force of a region is far different from self determination organisation of the region, you now see the political elites of the east had kicked against biafra, likewise cultural groups(Ohaeneze), Traditional rulers and economics force of the East! Why Innoson didn't openly give support to biafra or promote it! if you are conscience, you will know Nnamdi kanu/ipob is on the lost battle front! |

May be Nnamdi kanu is confused or didn't even know where to begin his fight, in any option of the self determination fighting, it consumed time even if you are well prepared and sure of the victory, having the political, economics, social control of the people you want to liberate! it's a real fight of centuries, if you as confused, unprepared and lack the full backing of political force of the region you were fighting for, then, you were fighting for the lost battle already! catalonia is fighting for independence from 1800, they've won referendum, they've won legal battle, they have political parties, and control the totality of their region, they can mobilize millions of people in a fragment of time! well developed and viable separate country! but yet they were still in agitation till today and no sight of independence! Samething is happening to Scottish, Quebecois! to mention just few! There were many countries all over the world successful haven independence but no recognition of international community, they were there as an independence state on the paper! So Nnamdi kanu should stopped confusion mission and face the reality of the self determination right fight, it's hard! |
Politics › Re: FG Expresses Concerns Over Eviction Of Nigerians From Cameroon by oladeebo: 5:19pm On Jul 10, 2017 |
Mfondear: The Federal Government has expressed concern over the eviction of Nigerians from Cameroon and wondered why Cameroonian Government ignored the tripartite agreement signed between the Nigerian Government, Cameroon and the United States.
Speaking at the Governor’s office on Monday during a courtesy visit on Governor Ben Ayade, the Minister of Interior, Lt Gen Abdulraman Bello Dambauzau rtd said the Federal Government regretted the action of the Cameroonian Government and condemned it.
“Federal Government is actually concerned about the recent eviction of Nigerians in Cameroon and regretted the attitude of Cameroonian Government. It is sad because we did not expect this from them. It is not long the Nigerian Government signed a tripartite agreement among us, (Nigerian Government), Cameroon and the United States over the issues of Bakassi. It is a major concern”.
On why he was in the State, the Minister said he was in the State to proceed to Yala local government area of the State with the view to seeing things by himself on the crisis in Wanikade and Wanihem communities in Ukelle North in Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State.
“We are here as Federal Government delegations to visit the crisis area in Yala Local Government Area of the State. Our visit is a fact finding one and Federal Government is so concerned about the crisis especially when it involves lives of women and children as well as property.” SOURCE https://bettayan.com/2017/07/10/federal-government-nigerians-cameroon/ A clear lesson for biafran who is still in delusional to international law and conventions! |

omohayek: I really don't understand all these Yoruba people who go about creating anti-Biafran threads - that is, assuming they actually are Yoruba, and not just trolls pretending to be. If Igbos demand to be allowed to exercise their right to self-determination, why should any Yoruba person care one way or another? What is the point of trying to force people to belong to a state they reject in the name of "patriotism"? How is it "patriotic" to force groups of people who distrust and dislike each other to stay yoked together in a state of tension and permanent crisis?
All the talk of the supposedly "indissoluble" and "non negotiable" nature of Nigeria is simply rubbish, and I'm surprised that anyone claiming to be Yoruba would fail to see that, especially as Awolowo was the first Nigerian politician to ensure such a clause was explicitly put into the constitution back in 1952. It's one thing to talk about the "indissoluble" nature of the United States of America, a nation made up of states which all freely chose to join together, but it's utterly ridiculous to try to force the same reasoning on a "country" none of our ancestors chose to be part of.
I say if the majority of Igbos want to break away and form an independent nation of Biafra, let them go, even lend them your support; don't go out of your way to antagonize them simply out a desire for an online tribal battle. This British contraption called "Nigeria" will only ever have a chance of working properly when all groups realize that there's nothing "indissoluble" about the contraption, and that the arrangement must be mutually beneficial for all if it is to continue to exist - and I don't see how any real Yoruba person can claim that is currently true.
oladeebo, mo n be e, fi awon eni Biafra le. Mi o ri bi nkan ti wan se n kan e ra ra. Ye ma wa ijogbon pelu won nitori "One Nigeria" oshi yi. I love to be gentle, but if you arrogantly take on me I won't take it from you! igbo have gone too far on Yoruba, they can't see Yoruba as their enemy and I see them as my best friend! igbo can go if they like no one stop them! but destroyed the life of incoming generation in their struggle will cost them dearly! travel out of Nigeria today and see how you will be humiliated by igbo because of biafra! enough for the stupid. |
