Truthshots23: You guy are so ignorant and full of shit you can't see reality in front of you, the requirements for northerners in terms of education are very low in comparison to that of southerners. This is not even news or hidden, every non ignoramus knows it. It is only northerners who manage to enter nda with school cert whereas southerners need higher educational credences. Stop shifting the goal post. First u said NDA admit northern cadets with quota system, which is not true cos each state has equal number of cadets for a regular course. You said they ask for degree from southerners, Abeg do u need degree to pursue a degree program. Why una no dey use una brain like this. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Oladeligt: 1:39pm On Jun 08, 2021 |
Truthshots23: Yea, the quota system which allows low scoring northerners to enter university and to join nda with school certs whereas southerners are demanded to score high and have uni degrees for the same things, yea, that would magically change if nigeria is still together in 2023, and the litteracy levels will also automatically change in both regions. Out of a sudden, fulani herdsmen will all be parading with PhD degrees and southern educated people will suddenly forget their education and start herding cows to mali with ak47 on their backs. God has cursed you guys with stupidity. And who told u u need degree to join NDA. I think u should look for information on how NDA shortlist cadet for their RC and stop embarrassing ur village people in public. Honestly there are lots of senseless folks here thinking they are smart. |

DubaiLandLord1: Four days after he renounced his earlier repentance and returned to the forest, Auwal Daudawa, best known for his role in the abduction of 300 schoolboys in Katsina state has been killed in a rival fight.
Reliable sources informed Daily Trust that Daudawa was shot dead Friday evening during a gun duel with a rival gang at Dumburum forest located between Zurmi Local Government in Zamfara State and Batsari Local Government in Katsina State.
The notorious bandit shot to prominence after he masterminded attack on Government Secondary Schools Kankara where he abducted over 300 schoolboys overnight.
Two months later, the bandit appeared in Gusau, capital of Zamfara, along with five of his men where he announced his repentance and handed over 20 AK-rifles and other weapons to the police.
On Thursday, this newspaper exclusively reported Daudawa’s return to the trenches after he vacated his new abode in Damba, in the outskirts of Gusau.
Sources told our reporter that Daudawa was killed while leading his men on a revenge attack on boys loyal to another bandit called Ballolo.
It was gathered that while Daudawa was in Gusau following his repentance, some armed members of the Ballolo camp attacked the position of his men in an attempt to rustle their cattle, killing two of Daudawa’s gang members in the process.
Daudawa was said to have vowed to retaliate.
A source told Daily Trust Saturday last night that while Daudawa’s gang succeeded in killing some persons in the opposing gang, their leader was felled down by bullets of Ballolo’s boys.
https://dailytrust.com/breaking-abductor-of-kankara-schoolboys-shot-dead Good riddance. One of the reasons why I don't buy into the repent and get amnesty program. They've tasted success and have received huge amount of money, they can't just renounce banditry just like that. They will surely go back sooner or later. The DSs should be taking these kind of people out silently Sameway America did with Osama. |

I've said it before that if Bokoharam decide to strike Abuja today they'll do it without any hassles as there is nothing really serious in place to checkmate any act of terrorism, Bokoharam have hoisted their flag in some parts of Niger about 2hrs drive to Abuja sacking communities and we're not yet bothered only hoping on insha'Allah. It's like you're giving away equipment to terrorist. These newly appointed chiefs should up there games ! BHT/ISWAP using Nigerian equipment/weapons bought with Nigerians money to kill faithful Nigerians. This doesn't make sense at all. I read news about Airforce destroying iswap guntrucks, but when u open the pictures, it is guntrucks captured from own troops. Like Mr Samuel Ayawu once said; our military is the biggest ISWAP armoury.... He wasn't wrong about it though. |

The reasons crime are thriving are very simple ; Uselessness of the police force Overstretching of the military Needed crime combating assets have been deployed to other regions.
Once the terrorists in the North East are defeated, most of these criminals will pack up and move somewhere else while the strongheaded ones will be engaged with the full might of the military.
Another necessary solution to the menace we are facing now is a border wall........ What sort of country isn't bothered about what&who is entering and leaving the country? Pls if I may ask, what are the duties of civil defense. |

BabaOwen: Bandits Planning To Acquire Anti-Aircraft Missiles, Attack Military – Sheikh Gumi
Islamic cleric, Sheik Abubakar Gumi, has said that bandits are intensifying attacks and kidnapping in parts of the country.
Gumi said the bandits are trying to raise money to acquire anti-aircraft missiles and attack the military.
The Islamic cleric, who recently visited forests in Zamfara State to discuss with the bandits, said his interaction with the bandits showed that they engage in kidnapping and collection of ransom to raise money to buy weapons.
Gumi on his return from the forest called on the government to grant amnesty to the bandits so they could drop their weapons.
The cleric said these in an interview with Punch.
While explaining that the bandits were victims seeking justice, Gumi warned that it was important for the government to urgently meet with them before becoming religiously radicalised and uncontrollable like the Boko Haram insurgents.
The cleric said, “These people were the first victims of cattle rustling, who lost all their cattle to rustlers because then, the rustlers had the guns. When they lost their cattle, they joined (the rustlers) and started to kidnap people.
“In fact, most of the kidnappings, they (the bandits) are doing it to acquire weapons. They are now trying to buy missiles, anti-aircraft missiles. This is already developing into a full-blown insurgency, and we should stop that. And what we are afraid of is that if they become religiously radicalised, it will be tough to control. You see what Boko Haram has become.
“As I said, they are collecting ransoms to buy weapons. Look at the herdsmen in Oyo and southeastern states. They are not buying skyscrapers or riding Mercedes; they are still in the bush. They don’t want money. They want their cows, not money. They are doing that (kidnapping) to raise money to buy weapons to repel helicopters and aeroplanes and attack anybody that will attack them. You have to understand the psychology of these people. They are not like our governors that are stealing money. They don’t want money. For them, a cow is better than money.”
However, Gumi said he realised that the bandits had collaborators in the armed forces.
He said, “They have collaborators everywhere – in the armed forces, everywhere. One of them said, ‘Even this cattle rustling, we don’t have trailers to transport cattle to where they are slaughtered. We don’t have an abattoir.’ So, there are people who are (collaborating with them). Even the kidnapping of the people, they said, ‘We don’t know these people; it is the people in town that will tell us a certain person has money.”
But Gumi’s call for amnesty for bandits has been widely rejected and criticised across the country.
Among those who rejected the cleric’s amnesty proposal for the bandits were Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, and his Niger State counterpart, Sanni Bello.
http://saharareporters.com/2021/02/13/bandits-planning-acquire-anti-aircraft-missiles-attack-military-%E2%80%93-sheikh-gumi Gumi should shutup pls. Government should grant which people amnesty? what exactly are they even fighting for? at least BHT are fighting for 72 virgins but how can you grant those idiots amnesty without knowing why they are killing innocent citizens. |
