This was our first email exchange, he was pretending like he is a doctor that only referred me to the FRSC guy, not knowing it's the same person, it took me time to figure it out because the fictitious "doctor" was also promising to refund me but will just go quiet for long.

At some point the doctor said he (the FRSC guy) lost his wife, then he said he lost his child,

If I share our email exchange here, you will not believe how cunning this guy can be.

He called me and the other person he also defrauded, in June, to beg us that his "doctor friend" has been calling him, but I didn't buy the lie because he didn't sound like someone that lost wife and child as the doctor claimed.

Some of us would probably have been able to avoid this guy if others reported and called him out

That's how this thief was a known guy on the Uber thread too until he scammed me and everyone turned a blind eye.

This same felicity guy was very active when I was trying to verify the scammer's identity on that thread before sending money to him.

Don't vouch for anybody on Nairaland except you know them in person and their family house too.

I have had a very nasty experience with him few years ago. Am a partner in e hailing business. This Ade guy came to me after I advertised for drivers and he picked up a matrix (tokunbo). He is so polished in english and neatness that you wouldn't think the worse of him. He paid me rental for about 2months and then started with excuses,today he is sick and he will show pictures of him on drip. Tomorrow another story. After a while I stopped hearing from him. Fear caught me when I realised one of the trackers in my car has been deactivated. I then smelt a foul play. I tracked my car,using the second tracker. He claims to be a Naval Officer to some persons, to others he is a Doctor, to yet others he is a Banker.

He operates accounts in different banks and uses numerous phone numbers and email accounts.

I reported him to Polaris Bank where he operates an account but no action was taken.

He carries out most of his transactions using Opay services...


He had once asked me to have pity on his kids and not carry out drastic action on him (recorded) but he has refused to refund my money.

Earlier this year, this guy faking to be a Doctor duped me of 25k for driver's licence fee despite the fact that I tried to do all my checks.

If you have any information on him, please let me know.

I know he has since left this account dormant and would have created a new one.

He pretends to be a Doctor and will refer you to a non-existent FRSC officer.

Anyone that knows him should tell him that he will be found and all the pain he made me go through will be exacted on him by then.
