morning to you all, my Volvo xc90, 2007 model was diagnosed and the catalytic converter was discovered to be bad {clogged}, my mechanic in charge told me that new one will cost 200k, an option is to repair it by removing a catalytic converter from an old gen car and convert it to my car, he assured me this will work well, it will cost 40k, But my worries are you can not completely trust all these Kabiru mecheco, the whole spendings may be a waste, so I do some findings online where I saw some YouTubers claiming and demonstrating you can wash your catalytic converter with soap and lacquer thinner. pls advise if this can work, has anyone here done this before? pls help with any suggestions thanks.

The haulage is tedious. The transportation alone would require a very good truck that costs around 1M if you find tokunbo

Pure water business is good. But for 5M I say no. So many variables in terms of equipment that can keep damaging before you make profit

I have a building in lagos that i am planing to convert to purewater factory. , i have been consulthing on how to go about it, my findings make me beleived that i can get nafdac approval, distribution truck, automatic sealing maching , whater purrifier etc from budget of 5million naira. But as am planing this, a brother from uk advice me to migrate to uk with my cash claiming there are opportunities in uk, he migrated to uk 2years ago with his family, he will give me soft landing.
Bellow are my worries

(1) am married with 2kids
(2) i know some someone who returned from abroad still struggling to exsterblish a purewater company. .
(3) is it a good decision to inverst my 5million on production of sachet water in nigeria where even the big company are collapsing.

Hello N landers, Can anyone help with how I can fast ripen my Tomatoe farm, I have more than one acre of Tomatoe waiting to be ripen, i started early this year with manual irrigation, targeting peak period like this, But my mature Tomatoe refused to ripe maybe because of the cold rain weather,

I need advise and suggestions from fellow Agro-niralander on how to fast ripen the whole Tomatoe on vine , a friend suggested I should use calcium carbide Aka cambad , but the problem with this method is that I will need to harvest mature green unripe Tomatoe and add calcium carbide during storage.

how can you build a digester (biogas reactor) for you farm ?
Before you start to build your digester, you need to select which material will be suitable for your purpose, burned bricks, cement blocks, and plastic can be used, always avoid anything metal when dealing with biogas digester, Hydrogen sulphide, (H2S) from your biogas will corrode metal fast,
its a easy to build a digester its always do it yourself (DIY) except you want to go on large scale, for bigger system you will an experienced technician to help you build that, but for smaller size, let say for kitchen uses or for small farmer below 1000 birds, there is a lots of online guide you can follow, still better if you can get a biogas technician around to help. there is a lots of them i know within lagos and ibadan, biogas is making waves among nigeria farmers, it can solve your farm energy crisis.
