By the time Gov Makinde drag Oyo state ass well, they will wake up from their slumber. Oyo was taken sole responsibility of the school for almost a year without any payment from Osun. Infact if Osun has been forthcoming in making contribution like Oyo, Lautech won't have been in this mess. You talk about IGR, I know that is the original plan of Osun. So they want the school fees to be raise as high as Osun university so that indigent student will not be able to afford to pay, when Oyo Gov is already thinking of reducing the school fees self.

Yes,IGR maximum utilisation is sth,but in a situation where IGR is recklessly managed with the hope of govt to take full charge of both salaries and maintenance is unrealisable.

By the way,What's the difference between both tuitions fees.

Both two states are owing lecturers several salary backlogs. In fact, that was while the school went on strike for so long. But Osun debt is almost double that of Oyo and your master, Aregbe has been saying Osun don't have money to fund the school.
