I want to know,if I was swindled or not.
My first time of exchanging dollars though.
I collected $70 from bank(was given in 20's & 10)
As I reach aboki place,he told me 450,we share argued to 510
He told me he cant pay more than that,because my dollars is in pieces, if it was in whole
Like $100
Or $50..he would have exchanged more than that....
