Hello is it advisable to run a 6" and 4" pipe through the ground floor of a room linking outside to the septic tank and soakaway for Wc, shower and washing hand basin?

That's what my engineer did on my building but i'm scared that the piping might get damaged maybe during German flooring and tiling and that would be a big problem in future to fix, considering where the pipe run through thereby destroying the tiles and all of that to repair. I really don't want the 6" pipes to be a waste cuz I'm considering changing the plans my engineer did

Kindly advise what do I do?
