you currently serving in Lagos and got a place in ibadan right? Relocation is the first step to take before PPA. But if you mean changing your PPA within Lagos state, YES you can. It'd only cost you money

Hello everyone. Please I have a question. I want to ask if it is possible to change ppa. I started my ppa in Lagos and did documentation at my local government but I’m not enjoying it probably because it’s not in my line of study. But now I’ve somewhere in Ibadan to work. Please what can I do
