Please can i express milk in the morning without having breakfast? Does it make a difference?

Thanks. We went to the hospital and he tested positive for infection.
The "Mouth thrush" only turned out to be milk residue, it should have occurred to me o cos he only started taking formula from the bottle the day before . IV learnt my lesson about self diagnosis
It's the infection that's making him not eat...we were given antibiotics and Bcomplex.

so i got my breast pump from jumia today and i'm impressed.My fear is will it last but its working pefectly
I only pumped 50ml to test it, haven't sterilized it yet
Works fast maybe cos i lactate well
Its double pump with a usb cord, i connected to my power bank because we no get light

My tummy is not too big but still flabby and ugly from stretch mark, how will i everr get rid of it

The guy had him.for more than 2hours! From.when.he left my husband's office claiming he lost his mum and needed to travel urgently. Lucky .for.us we.found.them.at his.house with my son.sleeping obviously sedated cos.he rarely sleeps in.the afternoon.



Only God.knows what the guy had.planned and.It's Gods intervention that made.us still.meet him.at home! Else my life would have been.long gone.

It broke me.to.think.this very guy who.has been.with us for.so long and.knew what I went through before and after having this child can.have the heart to.do.what he did.

Funny though, sometimes she sucks d mitten join, so we have to keep changing and washing.

@zaynie i used to bath her once a day and just clean her body at night but noticed she sleeps very well when i bath her so i started bathing her at night too(just water and little soap not sponge bath), she only wakes up to feed and sleeps back unlike before wey we dey do vigil.

Wish I knew this earlier. I used to use the baby care setting and it practically damaged her clothes. made them really slack. Now we just do quick wash or hand wash setting

me i use quick wash or select cotton, it washes it gently and spins gently,i never use hand wash since i left the hospital, where is the strength self , the clothes are better self than when dey use hand to help me slack the neck

As for the colic the infacol worked for her, her colic episodes have drastically reduced, she burps with ease without rubbing her back,my 3k no waste

As for poo whenever i noticed my DD does not poo i just make correct vegetable soup and she will poo fast fast with ease
doing enema regularly is not really good(the cotton bud thing)

My dd has not slept well at all today, she will sleep but when i put her down she will wake up 5-15 mins later, we have been on the matter since morning, she doesn't do like this before!! once she baths she can sleep for 2/3 hours at a stretch.

you are not the only one but i thank God i have overcome the fear. In fact i went and drove into petrol station by destroying their pumps. I almost killed the petrol attendant but i thank God i didn't. Now i am a professional driver to the glory of God. Dont let fear stop you to achieve what you desire.

No warmer dear. Milk has to be stored at either room temperature or cooled.

You can get an insulated cooler bag and ice pack to store the milk for creche. So you pump and put in the fridge and when he is going to school you put the ice pack and the milk in the bag. It can keep the milk good for 24hrs.

@ yesitsme. My hubby drives the car but i have also have a phobia for driving, since 2yrs ago that i almost knocked down a boy haven't been able to muster the courage to drive, the boy just dashed across the road,the scenario keeps coming to my mind.Wat if!!!

It depends on your stress level..

For example, the last one week I was stressed about not making enough milk, so I was thinking​ about it all day cos I was home from work and when it gets to pumping time I'd get just 4oz total from both breasts after 1hr.
Yesterday I was at work all day and did not think about milk until I started feeling pains cos my breast was full. Got home and pumped 5oz from each breast in less than 30mi

can one express and put in the warmer? The creche i intend to use don't have a fridge/freezer

i never even kpekus in like 3months though dh is always in and out of town plus i was bleeding when i stressed myself with chores so we have to chill(who knows if bros they help himself outside?.men cant be trusted but na him sabi, cant kill myself

my Dd is EBF but she sucks alot, always hungry.just not happy will resume work next month wont be able to monitor her feeding , my breast overflows that if i do not wear bra the whole bed will be wet, try and feed from time to time not on schedule

So got original sebamed baby milk and soap and madam broke out on her face just after two days, so have stopped using the milk on her face now, so do i get something else for her face or just leave it
Secondly my dd doesnt like to stay on her own and play, she go start one fake cry, do i just leave her to cry, she's really getting used to being carried
