jesusjnr2020: I Appreciate the fact that you did not use the exact word in KJV by replacing it with "those who don't know and don't want to know the value of them" Jesus only was preparing us to know that some will pour peppery water on us because they don't want to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ. A disciple was sawn into pieces, Another crucified upside down, they stoned Stephen to death, Paul survived death in some occasion just for the gospel. So, image123 has done nothing compared to what the disciples faced. We could be partners tomorrow in sharing this gospel truth together when he understands better. Olaolufred: It occurred to me that I need to Explain the bolded further. My Joy is that anyone who truly hungered for truth in that Church who reads this will come to know the truth in Christ. Either by individual's death or rapture. Without salvation, all burning of fuel from Surulere, Apapa, Mushin, Ketu to Canaan land is a waste of life. What shall it profit a man, if he gains the whole world and lose his soul? Jesus told us to preach the word. You have read it. You may use bold face today, but Christ will one day arrest you the same way he did to Saul on the road to Damascus. When the scale has fallen of, you will see it the way it is. NOTE: The real problems is that the prophetic blessings and give and take messages has made many to be claiming Christians without "true" Bible knowledge or truths. Let us do a bit of Bible Study of John 6: 48-70. I know "winners" use the verses to take "communion". In contest, they needed verse 48-59 to prove that communion is eaten for life (healing of the body). Though there is an epidemic of the sickness of the spirit, because of eating the wrong food (polluted word of God). Body of Christ and his flesh are to be taken as a remembrance of the spiritual connection every truly-born again Christian (carrying his cross daily) have with the man who gave all for our salvation on the cross of Calvary. This thing is not supposed to be what tom, dick and harry jumps at. It must only be done understanding the true value of the cross. Which eternal life is in a fornicator that is leading praise and worship on the altar of the big church?. What eternal life are we remembering? The one we don't even know? Reducing it to healing of the body that is going to fizzle in few years (60-100, or less) is heresy. We know that healing can happen by faith in Jesus Christ, but not because of the communion, but Jesus and faith in him. So, the eternal life communion brings is that indept spiritual understanding of the price paid on the cross that keeps you in that relationship with Christ till the day of his coming. This is where multitudes are lacking. If Jesus showed up today to tell them in that big auditorium that his death is not for the meaning they are giving it, they will stone him. How many messages do they even preach about this eternal life? You hear Eternal life when it is read in the bible on the road to making another points that is not dealing with eternal life. That is how bad it is. Important tenets of Jesus teachings relegated to passive reading. IT WAS A HARD TEACHING THEN. But do you know that it is no longer a hard teaching today because it has been reduced to a bodily healing meal that every unrepentant sinners can take for healing. Many who found the true teaching of Christ hard went away from him. and he asked his disciples, won't you go away too? (vs 67) Peter answered in a captivating way (Vs 68-69). Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.” So from this passage, how is the topic sensitive? It will only be sensitive to those who truly don't know Christ Jesus. It will only be sensitive to those who truly don't know the word of God. It will only be sensitive to the Church-going almanjiris who fights for their own God (Jesus is happy with Jesusjnr anyway). I know that anytime they use the passage to eat and drink the blood, it is always from verse 48-58. No member cares to ask more questions that will make them hunger for more truths about the whole John Chapter 6. IF CHRIST COMES TO THAT AUDITORIUM TO TELL THEM THEY ARE TAKING IN HERESIES, THEY WILL STONE HIM FOR CONTRADICTING PAPA. Ishilove: It will take knowing the truth in the Gospel of Jesus Christ to know that being called Jesus junior is a blessed and lofty call if you follow him truly and live according to all he taught you (Mathew chapter 3 and 5) and the whole of his gospel (Mathew to revelation). Jesus' Juniors is wise if he is a Born again Christian, If he is filled with the Holy Spirit and living daily in Christ Jesus. People like this finds it so hard to use foul languages. Why? Jesus within them won't allow it. I am proud of you Jesus junior, everyone of us who follows Christ in Spirit and in truth are called Heirs. Do you know I have two books written by Bro. Gbile Akanni. 1. Becoming like Jesus 2. Go not the way of Balaam. One will help us know that being called a Christian by birth is a wrong definition of the title. Flesh is the reason why many who claimed being a Christian aren't one. Our good actions seen by people aren't really a stamp that we are in Christ unless the actions were as led by the Holy Spirit. A lot of expatiations of the word of God. The second will expose the errors of buying and selling in the temple - that pervades the so-called body of Christ today. Personally, My family in that Church are my first targets. I have been praying to God to help me on the approach to use. These are the people Oyedepo knows directly. I love them. I want them to know there's more to following the master than riches and gold. I bought the books and have been praying for God to arouse their spirit to read them (you know they have got a thousand written to confuse them and condition their mind towards dominance on earth). That God will also take over from there so that they may see that the death on the cross is more valuable than relegating it to the provisions of bread and butter. I know they will see. They will see. They will see. I love them. Multitudes in that Church needs the true gospel. They need more than junks. OH LORD, SEND DOWN REVIVAL.
