I can see that you know nothing about war,you think people killed determine who win or lose,no,war is far from that,USA and is real could not achieve their aim instead make Iranian knows to the world as a strong country plus making them know they also poccess other economy weapons which is strait ofhomus that is a win for Iran.
Openyamind111:
Funny how some people are saying Iran won the little battle Iran had with America.. America killers your top generals and your leaders. Yet you couldn’t kill any key American leader. Take the war to a chess board and tell who the real winner is..😂😂😂
FamilyRe: Your First Million Should Build Your Future, Not Impress Society by olarent: 1:49pm On Jul 01
In conclusions, I spent fraction on wedding, my wedding shoe, was the shoe I do wear to work, my wedding suit was the same suit I do wear to work, I only but shirt of low prices and do not cater for just more than 50people, I spent far less cut cost drastically, remember wedding is just 4 hours at most 5hours do the calculations. no go do pass ur self.
FamilyRe: Your First Million Should Build Your Future, Not Impress Society by olarent: 1:40pm On Jul 01
Thank you for ur wright up and well put together, from personal experience, I got married same year things take shaped, but. mine was some how different, my wife is twins and her twins sister got pregnant, so their parents was like they can't do wedding twice for twins born same day as girl not boy and girl, that since they knew me and am working already, even doing well little more than the other guy. So I took the bold decision and do the wedding same day.
But what help me was that me and my wife concluded that before we give birth to 2kids it's must be inside our own owned house, we we saw through it, I personally make sure that our building project was 90 completed before we did second one and gave birth to second one in our house, I told her also that before buying car, we must build for commercial, wish we achieve as well, now going for the car, though human propose God dispose, it's always good to plan with ur partner, also if you want to marry don't marry yes ma or yes sir as partner, marry someone that is intellectual and intelligent than you, so as to balance things up.
HealthRe: Bitter Leaf And Diabetes: Powerful Traditional Remedy Or Misconception? by olarent: 5:38pm On Jun 17
brother,I understand your point of view, but it's work perfectly it's all depends on who told you and what you are told to use,the same thing too happen in hospital when a wrong drug and usage it's prescribed for used,I can tell you for free that it's work. For instance ugu leaf and milk for blood or this red leaf,Yoruba call it poroporo baba,Ghanaian always used it to cook wanke rice it's used for blood, what we need in Africa is research on our herbs,I used glasses before some years back, but one man told me to soak ginger and garlic in a bottle and sip it before going to bed at night, after few months I threw the glasses away since 2009,I still do the recipe till today.
drlaykay:
I'm not arguing whether our fathers used herbs or not. I'm not disproving the fact that they work for certain diseases especially acute.
However, I'm certain they didn't have the cure for most diseases and many of the drugs didn't go through clinical trials. Also, I'm certain that most of the cure discovered back then have been lost to civilization because of poor documentation.

Most importantly, I'm telling you from experience that many people especially hypertensive and diabetic patients have died in the process of trying herbal.
If you must recommend any herbal medication, make sure it's passed through clinical trials, first in animals, then close monitoring with man before prescribing. Don't encourage people to take drugs when they are the lab rats.
HealthRe: Bitter Leaf And Diabetes: Powerful Traditional Remedy Or Misconception? by olarent: 5:31pm On Jun 17
I love your comments brother,it I can testify to it that it's work perfectly,I did a general test last year and I was told to moderate my sugar that I was in pre diabetes stage, when I got home,I was eating bitter leaf and scents leaf just for a week continuously, bro the following week I got to work and nearly collapsed only to got to hospital and got tested that my sugar levels is low,omo I was placed on 2 bottle of Pepsi for a week till the sugar stabilise,so it's work.
AREWA2266:
From my personal experience, I believe bitter leaf and scent leaf can help treat malaria. I once had malaria and drank the squeezed extract of bitter leaf and scent leaf. Afterward, I went for a malaria test, and the result came back negative. For over three years, this has been my preferred remedy whenever I have malaria symptoms.

For those with diabetes, you can monitor your blood sugar levels before and after taking it to see whether it has any effect. While everyone's experience may differ, I believe natural herbs deserve more attention and research. Sometimes it feels like there is resistance to exploring the potential benefits of these traditional remedies.

Guestmale:
In the last anti-government protest in Iran more than 3000 Iranians were killed by the Iranian government during the protests and
at least 30 people are facing the death penalty for alleged offenses linked to the Jan 2026 protests

Eight people were sentenced to death in February 2026 within weeks of arrest.

Twenty two others, including 2 teenagers aged 17, are at risk and awaiting trial.

Three of the convicted Amirhossein Hatami, Mohammadamin Biglari, Shahin Vahedparast - had been executed by April 2026

With this statistics, it shows clearly Iranians are being caged and suppressed by the autocratic rulers.Where then is the freedom and access to free information.

he was,but truth be told,Abacha is the.best leaders than Nigeria had, most especially the poor people,he perform excellently well with 100s of sanctions imposed on Nigeria by USA and western countries, yet economy was not in shambles very good leader that has masses at heart. He killed, yes but those big men assuming he succeed in executing some name we know this country we not be worse has this,he follows Gaddafi foot steps, those two leaders are my role model till tomorrow,my own take o.

FamilyRe: Why You Should Not Make Your Children Your Retirement Plan by olarent: 9:55pm On Jun 10
Dear sir,you are mid quoting the writer, the message he tried to pass is as you are training your children don't forget to invest in your self as well, life is not balance, your friends example is good that doesn't mean that another person children we repay sir.Thank God you are elderly person am sure it we not be strange to your ear that some children are Vagabond and useless sir.my grandma has six children, three boys and three girls, out of the 3boys my father happened to be one have elder brother and junior brother, his junior brother die in 1997 why my own father died in year 2000,you would believe that among the 6 children those 2that die was the only one that have their mother at heart bcoz their father have die for a very long time, sir its was bad investment for her for those four left bcoz she suffered I mean suffered,I was 14years when my father die and first child also now 38years till date non of them look back to see how their dead brother children fair,no mother as well, loose mum before dad and they are not hungry but ok.Since then with that experience I promise myself just two children the money to used raise 4children I we raised two and use the spare two to raise my self, which God is helping me to do,now 2houses ,the one am staying and the one I rented out,God willing planning more.
wirinet:
In effect, you are advising us not to educate our children. The cost of educating a child from primary school to university nowadays is extraordinary. Imagine paying over 2 million every year to educate a child, and then saying the child should not return the favour in your old age is immoral and evil.
I have a friend that sold all he has to send his son to aviation school in the US. Today the son is working for Emirates Airlines in the UAE. The son has returned the favour of his father's investment over 5 times in 8 years. He has build a house for his father, bought him 2 brand new cars, and helped his business.
FamilyRe: Why You Should Not Make Your Children Your Retirement Plan by olarent: 9:38pm On Jun 10
you are right and I can relate, but what you should do is after buying the land try to put structure on the land like shop or visible foundation.
Eba50:
this is very good idea sir. My concern is the way people and communities reclaim undeveloped lands, even when u live within same ytown. i live in asaba, but am from ughelli north, almost all lands are either sold at least twice or on lease of 100 years. as u buy lands there, others are waiting for 2 or 3 years time when those your lands will appreciate by 40 or 50 percent and sell it. if u complain, they will count your cash give u and say shebi naim you pay for the land. i also wanted to buy land at Ogwashi uku/azagba ogwasi/ isele azagba, ogwashi uku king and state government don revoke all lands there and ban sale of lands on all those axis and giving them out to estate companies just like that, even obi Cubana company get a whole mini city there. people dey cry.thats my fear. even surrounding communities of asaba, people dey fear to buy lands there.my target. is isele uku, 20 mins drive from asaba, by next January

Good contribution
rabzy:
It is a wrong initiative. If the house is owned by the kidnapper, you can go ahead and demolish but if it was rented out and the landlord is not involved, why demolish it. Thieves steal money and deposit in banks, have the banks licenses been withdrawn?. They need to prove that the landlord is culpable he can be made to suffer harm.
CrimeRe: Oyo Government Demolishes Building Used As Kidnappers’ Hideout (Photos) by olarent: 2:46pm On Jun 08
Thank you for the question,it we be wrong to bring another person building down,if the owner rented the building out to them based.on genuine business the owner may know them for, example of been real mechanics in the day and armed robbery at night, that is not the building owners faulty ooo because he already know him as mechanics that people know he do,justice in Nigeria has gone.

CrimeRe: Oyo Government Demolishes Building Used As Kidnappers’ Hideout (Photos) by olarent: 2:41pm On Jun 08
The demolished is total wrong, did they confirmed the owner of the building, what of if the building was rented out genuinely to the kidnapper based on the job they told the owner for example they are mechanics and they do practice mechanics which everyone knows, they just decided to go dirty,is that landlord fault, where is justice their.
Mrexcell:
Total waste of money instead of demolishing the building the govt should have revoked the cfO and put the building into other uses.

permit me to lend my voice, you are both right but at the same time having ur personal house in a country like Nigeria where nothing is stable is key. When you encounter something in life you we understand better sir,I don't have a car of my own,but I have 2houses,one for personal and one for renting, the money I wanted to use to buy myself car and wife was the one I used to build for renting, aroom and parlor self for 3 occupant, business is dull now but received steady income from rent without afflicting pains on tenant.

May God bless you abundantly for this post!

I wish I encountered this your post 6 or 7 years ago, I for no suffer myself build one yeye house. I just suffered for nothing. But thank God I overcame it!

It was when I started building I realized that talk of a house being an asset is very overrated. Nothing beats expanding one's source of income. Being financially bio yang enough to be able to afford what you like is the real definition of freedom!

I'm glad I quickly changed course.

I dont have a wife as I got divorced about 7 years ago but I have a girlfriend. I wont give her my password. She will get my spousal pension as she stood by me during my initial diagnosis. My password and control of my bank accounts and assets will be given to my son (will be 19 years soon) when it has become clear that my time left is short and I still have the strength.

Although I will have to do some cleaning up of my phone before that happens.
