It has to do with your happiness, conscience, Surrogate father whom you love, mother who you also care about since she's your mother. In your shoes this what I will do.

I joined this particular bank as a facility manager (cleaner) in 2007 a year I finished secondary school, which I did with the best of my ability and everyone love me, I got admitted for national Diploma which gave me opportunity to do Industrial Training with the bank for one year.
I was advised to go further by people I work with for my HND which I did, why some of them has moved out of country, after my nysc, I was employed again as Data Scrub when the bank want to moved from one system to another which I did with joy for another 1 year, 2015 and 2016.
The contract was terminated in mid 2016 and was employed back this time around again as a non core staff, I further more by doing HND conversion to BSC which I finished at 31 years old, then the bank we asked for 28 years for conversion the most painful things is they keep increasing age, when I was 31 they said 28,when I was 32 they increases to 30 now when I was 37 they increased to 35,am fed up with things right now, please I need your constructive input on way forwards.
