I didn't care that I was on the road, I sat on the floor, and almost lay down sef. It was late and people weren't much passing the road. I called my friend on the phone to please bring water. He rushed down, and after I drank like two pure water, I felt much better. It got bad again after and I had to be hospitalised for 3 weeks, but I didn't die.

This man's case might be diabetic complications..Probably high blood sugar. Taking a lot of water always helps, before you find a permanent solution.

It can also be a case of upper GI bleeding caused by ulcer. Water also helps temporarily, before you get rushed to the hospital.

I believe he had laid down or sat down and taking water on time, he would have felt better for a while...long enough to be rushed to the hospital
