It does not matter. Just apply. And search for law firms in Lagos on Google. Copy out their website and email addresses so you can send your cv to all of them. You can also drop hard copies of your cv in selected firms. That's how it works.

Law firms post job openings on high court notice boards. You can check the NB in Ikeja. Just by the court registry.

Get a good lawyer and sue their asses. If you can't get one, go to the Public Defender's office in your state. That's outright discrimination.
