FYI, d issue of owing state workers is not limited to Aregbesola, PDP states also owed workers..

The gap between d leadership of PDP and APC is too wide not to be noticed, der are flaws in both parties, buh d later bears d minimum..

The pressure/heat theory which some 1 gave earlier is one of those many factors that could be responsible. Race and socio-economic status may also contribute to it.

So the myocytes of the straited gluteal muscles has no myoglobins, and the skin has no melanin? Dats d point am trying to make and it has anatomical basis..I looked at d que from an anatomical angle, aldo d pressure - heat theory is accepted..

it may be due to the large size of d gluteus..more like, the larger the muscle, the more concentration of melanin viz a viz..just like d muscles around d patella bone and d posterior part of d cubital fossa.. kind of thick and dark..

well, d muscles myoglobin actually gives it d reddish col, buh u know d skin above has melanin...

lol...OK, on a lighter note, our skin hs colour pigments, d one responsible for our black colour is known as melanin.. (albinos hv little) so in d buttocks, d muscles are known as gluteus muscles...and deh v a high content of dis melanin pigment...

I think it cos of hyper melanization of the gluteus maximums muscle of the buttocks...* from an anatomical point of view!!!
