May Allah guide us aright, women circumcision is not categorically mention in the quran. But scientific discovery has make an in road in to it. If women are not circumcise, they will have low libido when it come to sexual matter, if every thing is cut off, the libido will be so high that may lead to promiscous. Therefore, it's advisable to do it moderately. Wallahu halam
