But to add a little:

1. Many folks believe in blank slate theory, with the notion that all we know and become is as a result of culture. This is not entirely true. However, humans are both shaped by genes + culture. English language is a meme culture, but it takes a brain wired by genes that assimilate languages to be able to learn English language. Both genes and environment always go hand in hand.

2. Sociopathic behaviors has been linked to more than 500 genomes. Meaning that people don't just decide to behave recklessly, at least there's a genetic underlying.

3. IQ, is also heritable with a heritability value of 0.5 - 0.7. Meanwhile, when it comes to intelligence, environment only plays a short role from birth to age 12 - 14 and declines as genes takes off. IQ has positive correlation with success, longevity, low risk behaviors, low crime rate etc. The life expectancy + economic growth of Asia and Africa is a clear example. And their differences is as a result of high and low IQ respectively. This is based on population statistics.

Not that genes runs amok from 0 - 100 per se, but that environment still plays its own role and can even Improve genetic success or limitations.

4. Place of birth matters alot. Even if an individual is blessed with good and quality genes, he or she can only strive with little to no success in a bad environment, nation or family with low socioeconomic status. (Let us not forget that IQ is positively correlated to socioeconomic status).

Nothing worse than this though: born with quality inbuilt properties but ensconced by a third world nation/poor family. (Your nightmares will always torment you by day).

5. Once you begin to analyse people from a genetic + environmental point of view, things become more clearer as you will become cognizant while people behave the way they do.

We can't just relent our fate to genes and environment helplessly. Once we grab an understanding of their importance and the role they play, we can possibly device means to help us do better.

However, there is another sub category of male - the balanced man. He comprises both side of the spectrum of the former and later man. He is not manipulated out of his resources. His brutality is directed and well controlled. He is both feared and loved. Narcissism is borne out of his achievements and not necessarily status seeking. He is the ruthless kind leader. The man that brings both justice and death. This is the kind of man the ordinary man must become as he keeps ingesting these qualities in his ascendancy.
