The first form of investment I will advice you to do is to invest some time to read about Tbills and mutual funds on earlier pages of this thread and mutual funds thread respectively. Don't rush. Then ask questions I'm sure in few days you will make an informed and intelligent decision

1. Define and understand what TB's are.
2. Understand types of TB
3. How TB's are issued and why
4. What and where are the TB funds used.

After this, you may now have an overview of what you are investing in and whethet its ripe for you to go for it as we seek.
