This argument is not about which is better, the question is what makes iPhones special. Do u think a serious business man or celebrity has time to be changing launchers or messing around with widgets? U think the average user knows what lucky patcher or titanium back up is? Of course all those things are not needed, the system just works. I've been using both Android and iPhone for like 7 years now, the last time I even downladed titanium back up was like 4 -5 yrs ago. Android has become so good that I don't need any lucky patcher or titanium back up when I can easily restore my apps from the play store whenever I change phone, same thing with iPhones. Only a very minute number of phone users are power users.

You aren't getting it. You listed Essentials that you feel makes iPhone special and he listed some that he feels make Android special. Whether a business man of student has time to do this and that is another argument.

If you agree with your list on why iPhone is special, why shouldn't you agree with his?

Would you consider Android been special for it been able to use alternative platforms for imessage (WhatsApp, BBM, Allo, Telegram et al) and FaceTime ( Skype, WhatsApp, Duo et al) Yes iPhones can do these too, how about been able to do it with everybody regardless of the platform you are?

Around $288 for the iPhone 8 plus in materials. U forgot when Samsung use to make their phones with plastic and still sell at premium price. Actually it doesn't make much sense judging the price of a product based on the price of the materials used. What about money spent in research, manufacturing, marketing, payment of staff etc. And rhey have to make profit. If all these things cannot be accounted for then the company will operate at a loss especially if they cannot meet a certain sales target. Ask Sony, HTC and LG, their flagship phones cost around $200-300 less than corresponding iPhones and they have been operating on a loss for a couple of years now.

Samsung still spent more money when they were making plastic phones. You can look it up, Samsung has always spend more money in BOM for their S and Note series thag Apples iPhones.

Samsung spends more money on R& and they pay more staff. I don't know about Marketing but they both spend truck loads of bucks on marketing. Even though Android is free, they still spend as it's evident from Touchwiz to Samsung Experience that their UI is usually way different and often feature packed.

It's costs roughly$370 in materials to make a 64gb iPhone x while it costs around $302 to make a 64gb galaxy s8. The difference is that while the iPhone retails for $1,000, s8 retails for $750. But it is what it is, u paying for the Brand, Apple is the world's most valuable Brand. Do I like the price? Hell no, but then if u like iOS then u don't have a choice, plus it's classy, not everyone can afford an iPhone but almost everyone can afford an iPhone. Because it is exclusive, the only phone that runs on IOS. Someone can carry an $800 Galaxy S9 plus running android 8.0.. someone else will bring out a $120 Tecno phone running same Android 8.0. But u can never find a [b]cheaply made iPhone [/b]or any other phone running IOS. That's the difference.

Man City want a Title bigger than the League Cup, FA Cup as well as the EPL Trophy. They want to win UCL Trophy, and that's the Reason Pep is hired, trusted and completely given freedom to spend as much as he can to get the Dream realized!
