Good morning everyone, am trying to apply for visiting visa for my mum , am a permanent resident in the United States, am having a baby in January, how can she convince the officer that she will go back after a month . And the date we are getting is in September 2024

Age has nothing to do with his visa denial. I've seen people in their 40's going for their master's and they were issued visas.

Is his present job related to the course he intends to study abroad?
Does he have ties with his home country? (Either by family or Job)
