Thats an ingrown toe nail sir. A part of your mail is growing deep into your flesh. It doesn't just start like that but the start is usually difficult to notice.
I have personally operated twice on my toes on same case. Please see a doctor straight for an operation otherwise some antibiotics can handle the injuries but the healing process will persist. Sorry about that. It can be very painful.
