God just did it.
Month of June- hubby was staph free after treatment. I also treated candida. No bfp

July- drank the bicarbonate soda + milk+egg mix. No bfp. I cried.

August- Decided to use the remaining clomid for this cycle cos I didn't see where to buy letrozole.
Took clomid from day 5 to 9
Increased folic acid to 3 per night.
Added vit e plus omega 3,6,9. Please note I am not steadfast in taking drugs, I missed so many days.

I danced like I have never danced b4 last Sunday, during a baby dedication. Infact, I should take the award as the best dancer that day.

I did midnight for some days. I told God my marriage is not looking how it should. I told him to take the suffering away. I need to be the wife that I should be. I gave him 2 prayer points. He just confirmed one with bpf. The second prayer point is 7/10 completed.

I return all the praise to him.

Even tho AF showed her dirty face this morning I promise myself I won't be Moody or sad ,its another opportunity to try again and I believe my testimony is near. Not doing anything this cycle but am thinking of using ruzu bitters for detoxification (before starting another round of supplement), mamas that has used it can u pls shed more light on it for me before I buy it today (is it as bitter as the name implies ), or if there is another detoxification therapy or suggestions pls you can share thanks. I heard bitterleaf therapy helps too in detoxification so which one should I go for?

Hey bennyboo, sorry about AF showing it's ugly face. Well, like you said, it's another opportunity to try again for a healthy baby.

To answer your question, Ruzu bitters is bitter! exactly as the name implies but You will get used to it after a few days. I started taking it this cycle from cd1 and I noticed I had a full flow of 4 days and a day of spotting. Just stopped yesterday cd8. That's all I'm doing this cycle, had to detox from all supplements and antibiotics. Not even going to take as little as folic acid. Been on it for too long.

Here is my story
We have been trying to conceive for four years, and I had an heterectopic pregnancy in which I had a miscarriage n lost my left tube. Been from one hospital to another since then. I was diagnosed of PCOS via scan, but hormones said otherwise. All in all we kept trying. This time last year, we heard the worst news, sfa was very low. Dh was very sad n wasn't convinced since we got pregnant before. I kept my heads up as it was time for me to reciprocate his support for me through the years.
He went for other sfas, results were worse, we were prescribed manix, n he only used once. So we made up our mind to work very hard n save for an ivf promo. Since our chances of natural conception was low (how myopic).
WIDD
1) I took some prenatal they give to pregnant women at my place of work
2)More than ever, I had a positive outlook towards life, I helped pregnant women n small babies at my place of work
3) I took dry Moringa leaves with pap
4) I treated infection twice, in fact I still treated just before I got my bfp. Never knew I had probably taken in then, tho hot was negative (God help me)
5) I was about three days late, wen I had seriously painful tips, even wen I vowed not to test again (lol, woman of Lil faith). I tested n I got two faint lines. I thought I was in a trance. I had to call do to confirm. It was so surreal. I got it! A bfp! The best Bday gift. Alhamdulillah I am so grateful for this, I pray we all have healthy n happy children soonest. I pray this joy will be completed

On Saturday I got a BFN at 3days late for period, I had already prepared Sunday church cloths but I was down, the bfn and AF mia was just terrible and plus d weight gain dis days I just donno where its from lol so I said I won't go to church. My dear people of God, officially I announce my BFP!! Jehovah has done. Been TTC since beginning of this year, I know some people might think that isn't so long but we all have our battles, na only me know where e dey pepper me, so it is a WIN WIN for me.

First thing I did was to join this forum, I learned a whole lot. My period has always been VERY regular but since I began TTC, I get this one week to AF spotting, every single month. I knew it was not normal. I brought the matter here, one mama told me Vit B6. I read it up and learned it was due to low progesterone and B6 could solve it. I ignored and continued like that.

I later tried the B6 but took all thru my cycle, when I didn't get BFP, o threw all the drugs away. I joined Hallelujah challenge. I got Gynae, I and hubby got treated for infection. I brought my spotting issue again here, someone else mentioned progesterone, I told my doctor from the beginning cos I felt that was an issue, he swept it off and gave me clomid last cycle. Didn't work last cycle. He said HSG, I told him my tubes are fine cosbi believe so.

This cycle, I just bought the b6, started taking 100mg after I suspected ovulation was over. On Saturday night, I decided to do a test, got a very faint line. today blood test and big positive.

God that blessed me will surely visit everyone. Despite my plenty sins, he found be worthy. I am happy.

My first pregnancy symptom was painful breast. I thought maybe AF but usually my nipppless would hurt, I even said I would go check it out at the hospital. Also plenty discharge, even thought it was an infection but no itching

I was surfing d internet about sperm pouring out after sex and was shocked to see this, it's actually a recognised medical problem
knwn as ''UTERINE CERVIX STENOSIS or STRICTURING''......

This is a
condition when the UTERINE CERVIX OPENING dat freely allows good flow of
menstruation and sperm has atypical narrowing or narrowed. It causes
frustration for most women because afta doin Reproduction or intercourse they do experience a constant streaming and pouring out of d sperm, and so far only medical procedures can correct this

For does who feel there cervix nd its position I was also surprised to see DAT d attached pics is what a cervix should look like and when I asked some of my frnds who are TTC with me dey said theirs felt pointed same with mine.

As shocking as it is this sperm pouring out is one major TTC wahala I mean u see ur period every month that indicates ovulation and ur dh SFA is OK and also u have done hsg and d tubes are clear this is worth considering and believe my my beloved its an eye opener for me,

When mama ijaw massage go tell us say d womb mouth close , I especially would b like womb mouth me! (cervix is what dey refer to as womb mouth) and so far some trado herbs also helps d cervix open up more

This is interesting. I want to believe it's normal for some to leak out, that some being the semen surrounding the sperm. Once ejaculation happens, the sperm all ready knows where to go. If the cervix is not open, there won't be menstruation and imagine, some tiny clots get passed out during menstruation. Definitely, sperm will go through too. Praying everyone gets answers to their requests this month. Amen

I'm not an expert, but a progesterone level.of 19.6 indicates that you ovulate. Other hormones seem ok as well. L.H is on the high side of normal. Don't know what that means. All the same no cause for alarm. Your Gynae will give you a clear picture. I suspect he may still want to stimulate you to produce more eggs and increase the sperm's chances of catching an egg.

Did you do a trans-vaginal scan?

I'll encourage you to try Fertilsan M this time, since you've tried Fertilaid before. Read up Blessedmum's testimony.

@ OlohiA and Alajokemi I can relate because we're battling sperm issues as well. Like Alajokemi said, pick up your hormone profile test results and ensure you follow your Gynae's direction for treatment. You may add useful tips here.

One thing I have learned on this ttc journey is to never take anything for granted or make assumptions.

As regards the LSC, in addition to relevant medication, don't underestimate the power of proper diet. I've heard so much about this keto diet on this thread and I intend to give it a try for both of us (although a modified version).

Blessedmum and Ripvanwik have spoken highly of Fertilsan M and achieved pregnancy with it.

Please be encouraged and don't stop trying. Fertility blessings!

PROLACTIN : 11.3ng/ml. (4 - 20 )

DAY 21
PROGESTERONE : 19.6ng/ml. ( 5 - 25 )
TESTESTERONE : 0.5ng/ml.  ( 0.3 - 0.9 )

I need help translating it. I couldn't meet the gynea because he wasn't available.

We actually eat healthy majority of time. Planning on giving Fertilaid a try again. Don't know where to get Fertilsan M in naija. Thanks alot for your input. I appreciate.

Oh thanks Hun. Hubs stopped taking the supplements because there was no result. We will have to give it a try again. And I will have to get fertilaid for myself too since my cycle seems irregular. just called the lab to pick my result tomorrow so we'll know what to do from there.

Hi guys , I'm new here. I joined because I need people that are in the same shoes as I am to share their experience and I can also share mine.

Been ttc since September last year and it gets harder every month. Hubby has low sperm count but we are trusting God. Last month was just the worst. My period was delayed by 4 days and I decided to go to a lab for blood test. Tired of peeing on a stick and getting a negative then wondering if it's too early .

Anyway the lab attendant tested and told me it was positive. Oh I was happy, elated. I was jumping for joy. But then I need my gynae to confirm and make sure everything is okay, so off I went to the hospital. He said they have to run their own test, fine I said. Then it happened. Their test said negative. He said "don't worry, some kits discover it earlier. Just come back in 2 weeks".

I got my period while I was sleeping that night. I was the saddest thing that ever happend to me. But I know my pregnancy will happen. My God is a good God.

Hi y'all, @Alajokemi. I'm new here, literally joined a second ago and your post caught my eye because we seem to be in the same boat. Been praying to conceive for almost 3 years now, we have low sperm issue. He's tried fertilaid, count boost, motility boost and even the virilitea all to no avail. I woke up to my period this morning. I just couldn't handle it anymore, so I had to come online as I need support from people who have/is going through this.

Oh, I also don't know if my period counts as regular, it varies between 24 and 28 days. I went for hormonal assay some months back but have refused to pick up the result because of the sperm issue we have already, didn't want anything that will add to my despair. I also get boobs pain some days after my period and the pain last into the next cycle and so it goes into the next. This started since beginning of this year. The pain is always on the side of the boobs. I read somewhere that if the pain is on the side that it means one is ovulating. I'm just so confused by everything. Plsss I want to know what everyone is trying or have tried. Anyone with the same experience??

I pray God meets us all at our point of needs and answer us shortly.
