so in your opinion you agree to strip them of the championship instead of sanctioning the senegal FA, the coach and the players?

Senegal just de waste their time... they are no longer champions... if dem like , make dem hide bury trophy... Records show that they are no longer champions...and if they keep misbehaving...they will ban them from world cup and ban them from further participation at the Afcon and world cup.... they should blame their coach that told his players to leave the pitch ...who does that??

CrimeRe: Passengers Should Boycott The Fct Abuja Golf Cars. by oloriooko(m): 10:40am On Mar 07
Bros this your so called viral suggestion get as e be
The Abuja public government transportation system is non-existing and individuals decided to take full advantage of this by running an unmonitored system where your description fits
Bro, despite being the FCT, there are no laws, no checks for such barbaric behaviours by these golf cars
Boycotting them can only bring untold hardship to commuters but if the relevant agencies can take forcible actions against these drivers with strict price control, then can this uncivilised conduct can be curbed

StoneColdBiceps:
The golf cars used for transportation in Abuja is too small in size of a vehicle to be carrying six passengers (two in front seat and four in back seat). You’ll see passengers cramped inside the car an even sitting on other passengers laps as a result and it’s really pathetic. You can’t enjoy a ride in Abuja if you’re using the golf cars to get to your destination. With the smooth roads but you’re wishing you disembark your destination in a hurry, why, because the vehicle isn’t convenient, it’s too tight. In a 21st century?

SOLUTION:
Boycotting the golf cars
HOW:
When you see any golf vehicles that already have four (4) passengers don’t enter, see it as already full. that means one passenger in the front seat and three passengers in the back seat is considered full, don’t board (enter) it.

How can a few (illiterates) be oppressing the masses. Let’s do this, it’s the only way to enjoy a good ride in the golf cars of Abuja public transportation.

Let this go viral.

Seriously, i don't know what set of muntulas we have running our football walahi
Allow this case rest, go back, sit and brainstorm on how you would avoid such embarrassing situation in the future
Get down to work instead of hoping one day FIFA will suddenly look your way
No serious FA will continue to raise useless and non-materialistic hope of this kind in this century
Let us get rid of the useless greedy bad eggs in the NFF and move our football forward
Haba!!!

Damioduso1:
🚨Nigeria’s chances of reaching the 2026 FIFA World Cup are still alive, according to Chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Mallam Shehu Dikko.

🧛Dikko🎙️: “As far as we know, FIFA is yet to give its verdict.

“We are monitoring the situation closely. The fact that DR Congo appears among the six nations to compete for the final two spots in the playoff is not enough to jump to the conclusion that FIFA has thrown out Nigeria’s petition. Some nations are also preparing for friendly matches. Things will change as soon as the FIFA verdict comes out.

"The FIFA we all know has a channel to pass such sensitive information across to the parties involved. The name of DR Congo appears on the fixtures for now because the matter brought before FIFA has not been decided. We are very hopeful that Nigeria will win the eligibility case, and the Super Eagles will proceed to play in the playoff, and possibly make the World Cup party. I want all Nigerians to remain calm, and wait for the final verdict."

🤔 Does Nigeria really stand a chance or is this more false hope? 🤔

Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, just did what many Africans and Europeans would never do — and it even prompted a U.S. man to swear he would carry all Nigerians free of charge.

While on vacation in the U.S., he met a taxi driver who had once picked him up from the airport, now homeless and now living in the street after losing everything to a robbery and eventually lead to eviction.

Touched by his story, Stanley asked him to wait, then went to a dealership, bought him a brand-new taxi, and also got him an apartment.

The man was overwhelmed by the unexpected kindness and, in his excitement, vowed to carry all Nigerians free of charge, but Stanley humbly told him not to.

A good gesture from Nwabali.. More open doors for you goalie....

I lost my twin siblings some years after they were born. Not long after that, I also lost my mum.

That’s why I smile a lot. That’s why I joke, play around, and try to spread joy. Not because life is easy for me, but because I’ve seen how quickly everything can disappear.

People troll me, call me names, tell me to “focus,” without knowing that sometimes, laughter is the only way some of us survive.

You really don’t know what someone is carrying inside.

Please, be kind. Many people are smiling through pain you can’t imagine.

CAF Explains Goalkeepers’ Towels at AFCON
January 27th, 2026

The Confederation of African Football CAF has faulted goalkeepers’ use of towels during AFCON 2025 in Morocco.

The keepers’ action came under spotlight at AFCON where Senegal and Nigeria goalies engaged in back and forth with ball boys who tried to confiscate their towels.

Nigeria’s net minder Stanley Nwabali had to replace his towels on occasions after ball.boys and fans took away the cloth behind his post during AFCON semi-final against hosts Morocco.

In the case of Senegal keeper Édouard Mendy, he had to station his assistant behind the goal area to man his towel during the final against the hosts.

Viral videos captured when a substituted Moroccan player Saibari and ball boys tried taking Mendy’s towel but the assistant goalie prevented it.

Reacting to the controversy today President of CAF’s Referees Committee Olivier Safari Kabene clarified on the keepers’ use of towels as provided in the rule book.

“It is very simple, and we have been clear with our match officials. According to the Laws of the Game, the field of play must remain clear of any foreign objects that are not part of the players’ equipment. A towel is not considered player equipment. It is not a jersey, it is not a pair of shorts, and it is not gloves,” he stated.

“We understand the practical need, but these items must be kept away from the goal area. They should be placed behind the advertising boards or with the team staff.

“When a goalkeeper places a towel inside the side netting or right next to the post, it can influence the game. It can distract opponents, obscure the referee’s view of the goal line, or even interfere with the ball in certain situations.”

CareerBREAKING: Court Orders FCT Workers To Suspend Strike by oloriooko(op): 4:05pm On Jan 27
BREAKING: Court orders FCT workers to suspend strike

The National Industrial Court of Nigeria, sitting in Abuja, has granted an interlocutory injunction filed by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, and the FCT Administration, compelling workers under the Joint Union Action Committee to suspend their ongoing strike.

The claimants had dragged the Chairman of the Joint Union Action Committee, Rifkatu Iortyer, and its Secretary, Abdullahi Umar Saleh, before the court in suit number NICN/ABJ/17/2026, seeking an order restraining the defendants and their agents from embarking on any industrial action, picketing, or lockout.

Delivering his ruling on Tuesday, Justice E.D. Subilim held that although the matter before the court amounted to a trade dispute and had met the required legal conditions, the defendants’ right to embark on industrial action was not absolute.

He ruled that workers were prohibited from participating in a strike once a dispute had been referred to the National Industrial Court, adding that where such a strike was already ongoing, it must cease pending the determination of the case.

“An order of interlocutory injunction is hereby granted, restraining the claimants and representatives… from further embarking on any industrial action against the claimant. The order shall remain in force, pending the determination of this suit,” Justice Subilim said.

The court adjourned the matter until March 23, 2026, for the hearing of the substantive suit.
