There is a supplement you can buy at the pharmacy that can help you. But meanwhile stay away from alcohol and drink plenty of water, eat plenty natural foods too.

well, I use tecno w4 too and the phone is fantastic except for the ram that freezes at times on heavy usage battery is OK and runs 9hours with fair to heavy use depending on what you call heavy
