They even act as if their states don't collect taxes, debts and allocations. boda mudashiru,I hope your children will not inherit your stupidity... Snake. |

lilwheezy1: Aregbesola's tenure will soon come to an end, And this thread is to talk about his achievements in the state, and also to deliberate whether he should be given a pass mark or not. To me, i think he passed because he really transformed Osun state, at least he left it better than he found it, he transformed the educational and infrastructural sector of the state and other sectors too, he should be given a pass mark, His only demerit is the issue of salary he refused to or could not tackle and that's a very big problem. If you do not know Osun state has the highest number of civil servants in Nigeria, 1 out of 5 employed men in Oshogbo is a government worker and most of them just collect salaries without adding anything to the economy of the state(Civil servants are lazy) and he could not just continue paying them all for doing no work than just gossiping at their respective offices and striking whenever they like .At least he still made Osun state the 2nd most richest state in Nigeria after Lagos. Don't just read Newspapers(Online and print) and judge this man from your living room try and visit the state(*dem dey get light die*), Ogbeni really tried and Osun People knows that .
I will give him a 80% pass mark, How do you grade him ?
N.B think before you comment and also i'm not part of any BMC crew. thank God I'm a bonafide native of Osogbo...and thats where ive spent most of my life.myopic people like you deserved to be beaten and whipped to stupor, giving a failure like Aregbe 80 Percent mark is an insult to our collective reasoning.. a man who can not bring any economic development to the state,he will leave the state in a huge debt, that even our own unborn generation will pay part of! a man whose only big achievement is throwing innocent osun state citizens in to hunger and poverty....pls I hope you don't go to streets of ife,Ilesha and osogbo to say you give babahafusa 80 percent pass mark, you may be mobbed and killed by angry and hungry people. his biggest legacy which is also the micron of his regime is the biggest scam ever, opon imo(some people call it opon iya, lol) people are vexed and angry at both him and the idiot Buhari,to the extent people who have never voted before are determined to get PVC despite the seemingly difficulty in getting one just vote APC out..... I will be extremely shocked if APC wins on September 22,there is nothing to reset a human being's brain more than hunger, currently ravaging our people. |

Ngozi123: An inferiority complex is when you feel the need to make the teaching of your language in your state compulsory despite the fact that most people living there can already speak it just to reassert your supposed dominance in said state. I don't really care about this law as I don't and have no plans to live in Lagos but it really reeks of a sense of insecurity on the part of the Yorubas. nooo...I thought Lagos is no mans land ooo.. |

Nonaira1: Story for the Gods.
Like I said before, igbos have learned alot socially from the rest of you niggerians. The number one social wise we've learned from you lots is to treat una the exact f2king way you treat us. Not seeing you niggas as country men cause you ain't. The biggest mistake our parents made was seeing you lots as country men and imbeding that in our mind yet all they got back from una is hatred, discrimination, character assassination, daily insults, etc. We there children have woken up....you niggerians are Not our brothers and sisters and will never be our brothers and sisters.
So you ppl knew crass tribalism makes everyone lose yet you niggas played it towards igbos for generations and now we decided to join una in the game, you're preaching... You better get used to it, those passive igbo you are used to are gone; that behavior ended with our parents. Do you as you do me that's our new motto. not everyone hates Igbo....you are committing a fallacy if you think every other Nigerian has problem against Igbos.. except nnamdi kanu drew a lot of people's ire by abusing other people ethnic's groups...... a lot of igbos were applauding him despite what he was throwing about..a lot were totally uncalled for. |

HIPROFILE: IN MY OWN OPINION I THINK THIS PERSONS IN THIS SO "LEADERSHIP CLASS" OF THE 70'S AND 80'S HAVE FELT THAT THEY HAVE ALL GOTTEN THEIR FARE SHARE WHICH THEY BELIEVE THEY DESERVE TO RULE THE COUNTRY TURN AFTER EACH PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEY FOUGHT FOR THE CO-EXISTENCE OF THE COUNTRY HENCE HAVE EARNED FOR THEMSELVES OPPORTUNITY TO RULE.
UNFORTUNATELY AND PERHAPS SUDDENLY AS THE BATON OF RULER-SHIP GOT TO MUHAMADU BUHARI, THEY REALIZED THE NEED TO TAKE LEADERSHIP TO YOUNGER GENERATION. BECAUSE THEY ARE FINALLY FED UP AND ALSO ASHAMED ON TURN OUT OF EVENT DURING THE CURRENT REIGN OF BUHARI. IT HAS DONE ON THEM THAT NIGERIA CAN ONLY MOVE FORWARD WHEN THE RIGHT CLASS OF LEADERS RULE
IBB HOWEVER IS NOT FAR FROM THE TRUTH BECAUSE IT IS EVIDENT IN THEIR STYLE OF ARCHAIC LEADERSHIP WHICH ALSO EXPLAINS THE REASON NIGERIA HAD REMAINED STAGNANT AND FAR FROM SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS AS A NATION.
IT IS THEREFORE PARAMOUNT ON US ALL TO THINK, GO ALL OUT, PUT ALL HAND ON DECK AND REDIRECT OUR LEADERSHIP COMPASS.
WE NEED TO SUPPORT THIS MOVE SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN FORCED TO SPEAK UP.
SAY NO TO TRIBAL HATE, SAY NO TO NEPOTISM, SAY NO FAVORITISM, SAY NO TO MEDIOCRITY, SAY NO TO CORRUPTION...NIGERIA MUST SURVIVE. |

sekem: But why will they tell Sai Baba to step down?
Don't they believe in the power of PVC anymore?
If Baba wants to contest, then let him contest
If the people don't want Baba again, then let them use the power of their votes to send Baba parking
At least, that will show whether they the masses really want him or not
And not because a group of corrupt past leaders want a type of change that will perfectly suit them
Meanwhile...
As for me, it is Sai Baba 2023!!! you will vote for him because you don't have the capacity to think for yourself, and probably because your life is used to mediocrity. |

ManirBK: Unemployment in Nigeria... In time past, Nigeria had state owned corporations like Nitel, Mtel, NEPA, NICON, Nigeria Re, Daily Times, etc, plus the numerous steel rolling mills scattered all over the country. All these corporations, which absorbed a chunk of the graduates from out tertiary institutions yearly, thereby reducing unemployment, were whimsical wished away by PDP government between 99 and 2015 in the name of privatisation. They rendered thousands of employees jobless and blocked the chance of potential new employees. That's why unemployment rate became high. Buhari didn't cause unemployment. Rather, his economic policies are addressing the menace. arindin eyaan |
