If you have the GPA for first semester, you can use it. If not, I don't know if there is an alternative (though, there should be).

The test is strictly aptitude (Quantitative & Verbal) with some current affairs.

marshaldollz: Nigerians were excluded from writing the exams in Ghana so when you apply you will have to go to Finland for the exam if selected

Do you want to study abroad on tuition free universities in Finland?
University higher education in Finland is funded by the State through the Ministry of Education, and therefore students enrolled in regular degree studies pay no tuition fees.students as well. However, some Master’s programmes may charge tuition fees from non-EU/EEA students.
The student union charges a membership fee of about 53 euros/term. Membership is compulsory for those studying for their Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees; those pursuing their doctoral studies may join the student union if they wish.

There's no initial shortlisting. Everyone who applied successfully should show up for the test.

Total scholarship is very credible (I was a beneficiary). I simply wrote the test and just hoped for the best.
There is a good probability of winning. Just try to be fast and accurate in the aptitude test and let God do the rest.
[Time is very essential, it knocks many candidates off.]

Maybe you should trying using a different browser (firefox, IE, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera e.t.c). Some of these sites are like that (quite unfortunate though)

If your current state of residence/study is within your origin's geo-political zone (as classified on the time-table), you don't need to travel. If not, I'm sorry you need to.

Odua scholarship is for undergraduates in Nigeria (I was once a beneficiary in my school days).
They pay N100,000 per session.

The Federal Unity schools I know in Ogun state are: FGGC (SAGAMU); FGC (ODOGBOLU) and FSTC (IJEBU-MUSHIN)
I want to advise that you go to the state scholarship board (under the ministry of education near governor's office at Oke-mosan) They would have arranged a venue for those in the state capital.

To be on the safest side of things, go to Ibadan for your test.

Sorry, Lagos is NOT part of the Odua (omoluabi) 'consortium'. Osun, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo and Ekiti states are the investors.

Walexyl: I have applied bro, when will they have their screening test? And as for chevron scholarship, my sch is Tai Solarin University of Education but it was Tai Solarin College of Education dat was there as one of the schs. Though I applied with it but I pointed it out in additional info in the application form that the institution should have been TASUED and not TASCE. Though TASCE exist but TASUED not there. Hope all is well sha?

Odua will contact you when its time for the Test. Keep an eye on your email/Sms. As for chevron scholarship and the TUSUED-TASCE misnomer, there's no problem.
