Yes, freelance experience can count as skilled work if you can prove it clearly. IRCC accepts self-employment but you must show:

• Contracts or agreements with clients
• Invoices
• Payment records or bank statements
• Portfolio or samples of work
• Reference letters from clients confirming duties and duration
• Tax or business registration if available

The duties must match your NOC and you must show at least 30 hours per week on average to equal one year full-time. If your documents are strong, freelance work is acceptable. IRCC just wants proof that it was real and continuous skilled work.

Maybe you can try the mpd downloader. You can download protected videos from DRM-encrypted MPD streaming websites and save them as 1080p MP4/MKV videos.
