President Buhari is a great man. He is a man I love and respect so much. His combination with Prof Osinbajo is a gift from God to this nation. I am a fanatic supporter of this duo. I have so much confidence in them and though Nigeria and Nigerians may not appreciate them but I know history and posterity will. President Buhari is a gift to Nigeria, africa and his generation. Nigerians may be blind to this fact but Africa and the whole world knows the above. A prophet has no honour in his home time; this is the story of President Buhari and Prof Osinbajo! Baba, we are with you and though things may be tough for now, we can see the destination from afar! We know we are on the right path and in the right direction. I have never never President Buhari before but I stand to be corrected in my assertion that Nigeria has nothing that baba can steal! He is a national, continental and international pride. Any country in the world will be proud to have him as their President. I dont care about his religion but I see in him a go loving and God fearing man!!! Happy Birthday Baba. We are with you ant together we are going to the nxt level!! Sir, do not forget the retired military personnel who are yet to be paid their retirement stipend till date spanning about 20years now. My colleague father belong to this group and is now old. Many of his contemporary are late! Please baba, help us look into it. Lastly baba, do something about the media salary structure. The media workers are really suffering!!!!! They work round the clock day and night! They speak and fight for others but who will speak and fight for these ones. Baba, do this for the media workers, and your name will always be in their heart like it is presently for the police implying your name baba will be written in gold. We believe and trust you baba. Once again , happy birthday to you!! Emi a se opo re. God will keep you for us. We wish you long life, good health, and a second term. we are going to the next level together!!! |
I will start by appreciating President Muhammaduu Buhari and the Inspector General of the Nigerian Police, Ibrahim Kpotun Idris on the review of the Police salary structure. I also congratulate all the Nigerian police personnel. [img][/img] Sir, I am appealing to the office of the President, the Minister of Information, the members of the National Assembly, the salaries and wages board, the senate committee on media, the Minister of Women Affair, the board of federal Radio corporation of nigeria, Nigerian Television authority and all concerned that what had just been done to the Nigerian Police salary structure should be replicated to the media workers. Sir, the suffering is too much. The media workers are living like beggars. It is not only that all the equuipment are outdated and the whole system has almost collapsed; the same applies to the personnel as well. There is little or no training, contract staffs of over four years and little hope of being staffed, no thirteenth month, no leave allowance. There are no benefits except for the token paid at the month end and the token is so poor, all the workers live like beggars except for few who have husband, wife, and others supporting them. Even the Director General's pay can only be compared to that of a middle cadre officers in other agencies and this has made life so difficult. All my colleague live on loan as they have no salary. They borrow to pay rent, children school fees and meet other expenses. They have borrowed from banks, cooperative and other private loan outfit. The kids are being sent away from school; many cannot even feed while on shift. They live like parasites on others. We appreciate the incubent government of President Muhammaduu Buhari & Prof. Osinbao for the find released to radio Nigeria but it is like pouuring water on dry ground. It will have little or no effect. The people that have been impoverished over time are being given this largesse; they will first use it to sort urgent and pending issues out and as the remnant fund trickle down,a substantial chunk will be removed....... Little or nothing change will take place in the corporation. Why not first of all water the ground by implementing the media salary structure, staff contract workers, give personnel sound training to reorientate their mind right from the top....... Then and only then can investment made into the corporation add value to it... Baba, we appreciate your government and we will like you to know that if you do this one thing for the media; your name and that of your government will never be forgotten and your government will enoy the support of all media workers. Late Mrs Dora Akuunyili of blessed memory started the crusade buut couuld not finish it and the media workers appreciate and celebrate her till date. I pray God will uuse your administration to better the lot of not only the media workers buut also that of all fedreral workers harmonisation of salary. We will keep talking and appealing to all concerned especially the President Muhammaduu Buhari, Vice President, the National Assemly, Alhaji Lai Mihammed and all concerned till we get to the promise land. [img][/img] The media workers uunions have failed but God will not fail us and I pray youur administration will not fail. Long live Baba and the Federal repuublic of Nigeria. We are so prouud of the achievements of this administration buut the morale of media workers is so low and we have no voice ironically in spite of the fact that we are a voice to many others who are oppreses and down trodden. We wish Baba good health....

FOB RE-ORIENTATION RECRUITMENT AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME (FRREI) FRRIE is a programme proudly packaged by Fecundity Concept, a young and vibrant organisation and the aim of the programme is to empower the ordinary man and woman on the street. It is not a secret that poverty is really ravaging our land and presently, Nigeria is regarded as one of the most impoverished country on earth. However this ought not to be so because in this country we have a number of things to our advantage and that include population, hardworking citizenry, natural resources to mention a few and yet we are suffering. Interestinglly, if we can harness one of these gift of nature be it natural resources, farming, population and so on, we can check the poverty trend. It is in this regard that Fecundity Concept has decided to capitalize on one of this natural endowment which is population. If we can come together and synergise the benefits in population using the principle of networking, it will go a long way in helping to contain poverty. Networking is when people come together pooling the little resources in their hand and using it for the good of all. Interestingly, networking is so broad that the more the people adopting it, the better. Fecundity Concept had so designed this empowerment programme such that it is affordable to all! You do not need to go and take loan to benefit and you do not need to leave what you are doing presently to be a part of the initiative. The young, old, retiree, students, housewives, single mum, widows, workers with dream or who want to sack their bosses in the next few months Everybody is welcomed! FRRIE is a fifteen months empowerment initiative that can be completed in twelve months or less once the person involved is active , focused, committed and a dreamer. The reward is unbelievable! It include trainings, skill acquisition, all-expense paid trip abroad and on rounding up, you are rewarded with the sum of three million naira. This then qualifies you for the second round of the programme which is costly to be a part of but which the company will register you for free once you are able to complete the first round. Also for those who are very active in the first round and not only support, monitor and meet with downlines but also continue to register, they will again be entitled to an all-expense paid trip abroad with anybody they want. However, for those who are not active and fail to recruit others or help and support those they recruit, they will be fired! FRRIE is not lottery nor is it gambling, it is people helping people to rise. What you cannot attain alone, when you team up with others, it becomes easy. Fecundity Concepts hopes Nigerians will maximize this window of opportunity and give themselves a good start in life. Remember, all of us are not going to work in Oil companies, blue chips companies and other multi-nationals but all must eat and hope to live a good life. We also hope this programme will help reduce crime, get our youth busy and restore the old glorious days. Remember, you can make it in life without going into crimes, cutting corners and compromising your integrity. Once again, with FRRIE, success is sure. visit: www.feschem20005.wixsite.com/fobempowerment. |

Hello Nairalanders! Hear me out. Interestingly, coren is the body regulating engineering practises in Nigeria and also registering engineers. I respect the members and the body. Sadly, in spite of the prestigious position held by coren in the society, the majority of the members are languishing in poverty> There is no welfare scheme for the members! It is so sad> Except for the few engineers that have risen over the years or are executive members of the body and have access to politicians hence are getting contract, the average nigerian engineers are wallowing in poverty. Registering as member of coren is tedious and costly but there is nothing to look forward to afterward. You still see registered engineers after paqrading the street for years still been paid 30k, 50k and other ridiculous amout. Yet, they are registered. The executives of coren are busy sucking the stipend of the upcoming enginners or are busy lobbying for contracts. This is sad. Engineering is the number one profession in the world and the bedrock for the development of any economy! If coren is performing, it means the engineers there are good and performing. For any engineer to perform, he/she must have been well trained, retrained and experienced. Good training is expensive! How will the Engineers collecting 30k or 50k undergo good training when they are at the mercy of poverty. How will the engineer that is busy thinking how to survive be creative. He has to think of how to get water, how his light will not be cut off, how his zsalary will carry him for the month! How can he be creative and be able to compete with fellow engineers around the world. Interestingly, i am a registered engineer and work with the federal government for over ten years. I joined as a graduate. Till date, there is nothing to show for the ten years of hardworking but poverty! After over ten years of hardwork and commitment , i earn less than 110k monthly! There is nothing else coming in apart from the salary. I see my colleagues in other department like marketing, sales, finance, stores doing so well, building houses and using cars but the engineers who are the bedrock of the organisation wallow in poverty. coren is okay with it. We have nurses in my head offices. Interestingly, because the nurses and other medical workers have bodies that protect the staffs and prioritise the welfare, they have a salary scale and collect living wage. These young nurses earn more than directors in my corporation. COREN has no salary scale and nothing in place to protect its members. Yet, it has the audacity going round ministries, agencies, parastatals and other companies demanding engineers must be registered . The registration procedure is tedious, rigorous and costly such that many are always postponing it! For a person to be called a registered engineers, there must be benefit, packages, training and welfare scheme that makes it worthwhile. The federal government is a culprit. I have been with thefederal government and have only gone for in-house training twice. I am even among the fortunate. Most of my colleagues have not attended any training since they joined the parastatal!! It is so sad! COREN has to brace up and put member welfare as priority! In the medical line, Engineers manages the equipment and yet they are poorly remunerated compared to the doctors and other medical workers. The trend must change. COREN has failed and has no right to demand that Engineers, technologist, technicians, artisans and other ancillary workers must be registered with them when there are no benefits attached to being a member! Engineers are the bedrock of any organisation, agriculture, health, industries and country at last and must be treated with this in mind. Thanks. |
Happy weekend nigerians. I have a subject bothering me for a while and i need your opinion. The federal government in his magnanimity decided to employee hundred of thousands of nigerian in the n-power scheme which is laudable but with the clause that the participant must be 35 years in age or less. ![]() I registered along with many of my friends who are above thirty five but have no job. Most went to swear affidavit falsifying their ages and some were picked. Based on my faith and principles, i choose not to falsify my age and interestingly, even the government staffs administering the scheme in my state were even advising me to go and do like my colleagues. Eventually, i adjusted my age as appropriate and my name came out. ![]() I was not paid for about five months alongside some others> I was always on the road travelling to the state capital of ogun state in abeokuta. They will ask us to write down our names, bvn and other information> Sometimes, they will help us log in to n-power site to know the cause. I was told i will be paid and this continued for about 5 months. I was transporting to the state capital spending my stipend that i was suppose to use to feed and keep my home! During the fifth month, my name suddenly disappeared from the list and i was told i have been disqualified. I felt terrible but the people attending to us said there was nothing they can do. Till date, I have no job. I have a degree in Education and will soon be through with my second degree yet no job and above 35years! My question is what is Federal government plan for the graduates and non graduates that are above 35years? I will also like to know why fgovernment like putting Nigerians in position where they have to lie even under oath to get jobs and other benefits from the government. Imagine, many of the n power beneficiaries had to lie and falsify age just to benefit and be paid N30,000. Graduates being constrainedto lie under oath just to be paid 30k while our politicians are busy looting the treasury. Lastly, I want n power crew to tell me what happened to my name after 4/5 months and my arrears and what is the way forward because i am over 35 years , jobless and a graduate? Thanks. |
The Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria(FRCN), Media Salary Scale(MSS) and selective salary increment under the searchlight. The Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria(FRCN) populary tagged ‘Radio Nigeria’ is Nigeria owned and publicly funded radio broadcasting organization. It was founded in 1933 by the British colonial government and branded Radio Diffusion Service (RDS) with the mandate to allow the public hear and enjoy British Broadcasting Corporation(BBC) foreign radio service broadcast. In 1950, RDS was rebranded Nigerian Broadcasting services and it was restructured into Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) in April 1st, 1957 by an act of parliament as public service. Initially,NBS was only in Lagos, Kaduna, Enugu,Ibadan, kano as recommended by the the Nigeria Broadcasting Survey commissioned by the then colonial government and undertaken by Messrs Byron and Turner. It was later extended to other parts of the country such as Zaria, sokoto, Ilorin, Onitsha, port Harcourt,Abeokuta, ijebu ode to mention a few. Mr. T.W. Chalmers, a Briton and Controller of the BBC Light Entertainment Programme was the first Director-General of the NBS. The NBC and the Broadcasting Corporation of Northern Nigeria(BCNN) were merged into the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria(FRCN) in 1978. The Reverend Victor Badejo was the first indigenous Director-General of Radio Nigeria. Also, the corporation has a training school. Yet, training of staffers is luxury in the corporation except for the very senior staffs. There are staffs of 5, 7, 10 years in the corporation that has never being on any training since they joined the corporation (not even to the corporation training school). It is difficult to compare the corporation in terms of equipment, spare part, training, staff welfare and so on with radio stations such as bbc. Many indigenous states and private stations as well are better off. However today, the focus is going to be on staff welfare and remuneration. I am interested in the corporation because I have somebody dear to me working with the corporation. He is a senior officer but the lifestyle is nothing to write home about. It pains me that such an upright and intelligent Nigerian graduate with over ten years working experience is still wallowing in so much poverty. He is always indebted and repaying loan. The okada riders, bricklayers and others living around him are even better off. No wonder, Nigerian youth of today are no longer passionate about education. It is a well known fact that the Nigeria Civil Service is about the most poorly paid globally with little or no welfare and training package for the staffers except for a few parastatals, agencies and ministries. The condition is even worse in frcn. Here, the salary of a graduate (level 8 officer) is about sixty thousand naira (60,000). A level 12 officer in the corporation earns about a hundred thousand. This implies that a graduate that joined the corporation on level 8 and has risen to level 12 after spending about 10 years in the corporation if the promotion is regular and is now probably with wife and kids will only experience an increment of about 40,000. These are great men and women who have sacrificed the larger part of their lives in spite of the poor condition of service to ensure the corporation stay afloat and remain a force to reckon with. In frcn, there is no provision for staffs to cushion the effect of RF (Radio Frequency wave) in terms of allowance, kits or provisions. Staffs even spend from their individual pocket to keep the largest radio network in Africa going. This is how passionate people are about their jobs. In FRCN, leave allowance, thirteenth month allowance to mention a few are history. There are no incentives or motivation for the workers to look forward to except the monthly stipend. How can you expect the best from your staffers when they are not going for training and are only paid to live from hand to mouth. There was a time the corporation in alliance with other media outfit under the auspices of rattawu and nuj were clamouring for Media Salary Scale (MSS) which the late minister for information help push after seeing the ridiculously poor remuneration of media workers in the person of late Prof. Dora Nkem Akunyili (OFR) who was born in Markurdi, Benue State and died on June 7, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. May her blessed soul rest in peace. Even in the beyond, her good works continue to speak. Sadly, the agitation for media salary scale died naturally and the plight of media workers persisted. The condition of service is even worse in frcn compared to its sister broadcast outfit such as Nigeria Television Authority(NTA) and Voice of Nigeria(VON). Presently, the academic staff union (ASU) is on strike and the resident doctors are about commencing their own. THE PUZZLE HERE IS WHY THE GOVERNMENT MUST SIT AND RELAX TILL UNION PROCEED ON STRIKE BEFORE DOING THE NEEDFUL. FRCN is the voice of the government to the Nigerian public and the voice of the public to the government as well. The station bring to the public domain achievements, successes, abuses, activities, oppression, and other vices of the government, individuals, security outfit, corporate organisation to the public domain for commendation, checks and balances by appropriate authority. WHO IS GOING TO RISE UP AND SPEAK FOR FRCN? It is a case of the hairdresser that cannot plait or weave her own hair! Now that labour and the federal government are talking about reviewing minimum wage be it through wholistic or selective increment, this is another window of opportunity for the government to better the lot of media workers in the country either by revisiting the media salary scale or upgrading the media salary to a living wage. Even the unskilled and uneducated workers in the country working as labourers earn about two to three thousand daily making about sixty thousand naira. Even unskilled workers earn more. I appeal to President Muhammadu Buhari, President and commander in chief of the federal republic of Nigeria, Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige, the honourable minister of labour and Productivity,Head Of the Civil Service of the Federation. Mrs. Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita, Abdulwahed Omar, President Nigeria Labour Congress, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the honourable minister of information and all concerned to help my friend so that in the upcoming salary increment, media workers like frcn, nta and other are given priority. Most frcn staff are wallowing in debt and poverty except for the few that are from privileged background or doing something else. Hardly can you see a staff of frcn that can stand shoulder high before their counterparts in other parastatals like corporate affairs commission, industrial training fund(itf),federal inland revenue, Nigeria civil defence, central bank(cbn), efcc to mention a few. A radio station belonging to the federal government should be a model and a source of pride both locally and abroad. The staffers are doing their best to uplift the nation and unite the Nigerian public but the government is doing is not doing enough in uplifting the morale and welfare packages of the staffers. This has to change now. Thank God we are in the era of change. |
Mrs. Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita, Abdulwahed Omar, President Nigeria Labour Congress, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the honourable minister of information and all concerned that in the upcoming salary increment, media workers like frcn, nta and other must be given priority. |
I was bemused when people say the challenge posed by Fob Empowerment Scheme (FEP) is daunting and tough. My answer is simple: nothing good comes easy!! Yes, it may be tough initially but once you start, it gets easier! Furthermore, when you start enjoying the reward and people are envying you, you will forget the initial hardship. It is like the woman that is pregnant and want to bring forth. Pregnancy is not convenient and delivery is worse. It is very painful but the hope of bringing forth a child keeps the woman going. During delivery, you hear screams but as soon as the baby comes; the woman forgets the pain because of the precious gift in her hand. The same applies to FEP! Initially, it may be tough but when you start reaping the reward, cruising all over the world, lodging in the best hotels, your bank accounts bulging and your story changes, you will forget the initial inconveniences and you will then conclude that: FEP is worth it!! Yes, FEP is worth the time and effort because the reward will change your story forever!! You are in control of your destiny. You may not be able to do anything about your past but you can definitely influence your future! You can make it. Spend your time on what is worthwhile!!! FEP icomprise of ten packages and we have made each package so attractive such that even before you are through with a stage, there are bonuses as you attain some landmarks. This is to encourage you to put in a renewed effort and also boost your confidence. The beauty of FLP is that everybody is a winner. We do not give price to just the first, second and third. You do not go through the rigour and only the first three are rewarded. Here, once you play your part; be sure you are a winner!!! [img][/img][img][/img]What will you do if you have enough and money is not an issue? Will you be where you are now or will you opt out to do something else? Are you fulfilled where you are and with what you are doing or you are feeling trapped and helpless? Oh, you have never given it a thought because having more than enough is like a mirage and very unrealistic. Considering the stipend you are earning and the endless bills and loans you have to clear not to talk of responsibilities on you!! You are no longer dreaming and have resigned to faith! All your dreams, aspiration when you were younger of imparting your generation, travelling, reaching out to others have been dumped in the refuse bin of hopelessness! Wait and hear me out!! You are not alone!! Millions of Nigerians are in same shoe with you! There are graduates of 5, 6…..10 years and no job! There are apprentices that have been released by their masters but cannot set themselves up. Many are working about trying to raise capital to establish themselves, some are stii with the oga ears after they have been freed, a number are riding okada, maruwa, kabukabu, danfo to raise the capital they need to set themselves up. Graduates of five years are still been fed by the parents and guardians!! The retired are back on the street out of hunger and responsibilities!! They are selling newspapers, acting as messengers, securities, gatemen, driving okada, kabukabu all because they have not been paid thei retirement stipend and the kids they invested all their life earnings on sending to school and have graduated 2,3,…..6 ears yet no job! They are tired after working for 20,30, 35 of service but they would starve!! Graduates are now going back to acquire skill and those that acquired skill are on the street driving keke maruwa, okada, kabukabu!! Everybody is going into music, theatre, sport, yahoo, lottery and so on all to survive!! Once in a while, 100 out of millions will win something but the rest are just going in circles!! No wonder, the resigned to faith. What of the housewives, the physically challenged, widows, single mothers!! The list is endless!! No wonder life has no value again! People now sell fellow human and feed with the money! Parent sells kids to survive!! Mothers sell babies from their wombs; some dump babies in gutters, refuse bin….! Prostitutes are in every corner!! The list is endless!! When hunger gets to a stage; even an angel will steal!! Those in government are stealing at every opportunity our common men! They only think of themselves and their kids!! All the others can go to blazes. Government will claim to have trained and empower thousands but will not set them up so they ended up on the street or where they started from with all the millions and billions claimed to have been spent b those in government gone down the drain. I would rather ten people are trained and set up rather than hundreds and thousands who end up going back to the street!! All hope is not lost!! FOB Empowerment Program (FEP) is a way out!! It is an empowerment program with the mandate of reaching out to millions! It is people helping people!! It can accommodate hundreds of millions of people! It is you building your own business. When we come together, nothing will be impossible! The government is trying but needs support and encouragement. You register with a token of N2, 500 but the reward will change your story forever! Are you focused, determined and hungry for success; then you are one of those we are looking for. If you are a team player and you love reaching out to others! oluade11:You may not be able to do anything about your past but your future is in your hand. Do not let your past experience hold you down or limit you! |
This is an opportunity of a lifetime and as tagged above, it is people helping people. Here, we have a community of people coming together and synergizing the little resources they have to achieve results beyond their imagination. You may say this is not a new thing and it is what you hear day in day out. FEP is however different. In FEP, we focus on empowering every cadre of people till they can not only stand on their own but also empower and raise others. FOB Empowerment Program has a mandate and that is picking as many people as possible from wherever they may be and supporting them to come up till they become employer of labour empowering others. We also intend giving back to the society with time no matter how small and insignificant as our corporate social responsibility. To participate in the scheme is easy and cost only a token which will eventually be zero but the reward is trans-generational. In our society, many people are unemployed, some are graduates while others are not. They have been in the labour market for a while looking for opportunity to be absorbed by it but none is coming. These adults still live on parents, siblings, friends, welfare by religious /humanitarian bodies they belong to and are still waiting and hoping. They are at the same point for years waiting and hoping but stagnated. They have dreams that are gradually giving way to despair and hopelessness. Many in this category out of despair have taken to crime be it yahoo yahoo, yahoo plus, kidnapping, robbery to mention a few. They got desperate and took the wrong step. Then there are those working but it is not showing in anyway on them. Many of us belong to this category. When we got the job, we had dreams that after a few years, we will rise or get a better job and do a number of things. Alas, after working for 2,5,10, 20 years and above and looking at the people that are ahead of us on the job, the dream we had then died naturally. We only go to job as routine and collect the dead wage we are been paid which can barely feed, transport and pay for the modest shelter we abode. All the previous dream, zeal and aspirations dead. For many, the hope to build house, buy car, send kid to good schools and give them good start in life is gone with the wind. There are also those who have acquired skill over the years but do not have the money to either buy the basic tools or get space in a good location to set up the business. Many are still with the oga years after they have been freed while some are on the street riding okada and other vehicles. Many have met their untimely death while doing this or are maimed. Another group have business but it is not doing too well! They barely make enough to feed, clothe and accommodate the family. How many categories are we to enumerate. Is it those who have labored for years and are now retired but cannot!rest? Rather, they are still roaming the street working as drivers, gatemen, security, messenger, driving taxi or okada just to feed and are still in rented apartment. Many have given up hope of ever achieving anything beyond where they are. Then we have our females and the kids, siblings and parents at times. These are the most vulnerable of the ongoing in the society. To even eat a good meal once in a day is a dream, a mirage. Many females have to open their legs to a man to feed themselves and sometimes the children. The kids are on the street hawking, sexually exploited, maltreated where they are serving as house-helps or living with a relation. Today, the young ones have seen the sufferings of the parents in spite of their education (sometimes first, second and higher degrees). They have seen the dead wage they receive after serving and working so hard. Some have not even been paid for months. As a result of their observation, the young ones are not ready to go to school and for those who are, they are not ready to spend 25-35 years of their life serving and earning dead wage. They have taken to vocations such as singing, dancing, stand up comedy, football and some crime. You hear of gang of robbers comprising both male and female in their early twenties or lesser. They would rather rob and start something worthwhile rather than waste their life receiving dead wage. Moreover, the country is in a recession. Lotteries, gambling are the order of the day. Everybody is in silent desperation hoping that one day they will get lucky. It is a vicious circle which seems endless. The politicians are busy looting the treasury. They have made billions and can buy the whole country individually but have refused to take a bow and handover to the person that will take the country out of the mess we are in. A WAY OUT People are presently committed to lottery, gambling, sport betting and so on with the hope that one day they may get lucky. Then come the ponzi scheme that helped many but has left many more in regret. Others are even springing up. However, most such as bit and one coinfavors the rich more. What of the millionss that cannot raise the minimum required to benefit. Then step in FOB Empowerment Program to the rescue. We have a mandate not only to empower people but to keep empowering people. Our strength is in the people and the success of the project depends largely on the people as well. As stated earlier, it is a community of people helping people. It will take you from where you are to where you never dream to be. Are you a male or female, a housewife or bachelor, retired or looking for job or admission. Whatever category you may be, come and register for the FOB Empowerment Program. Registration is on. The goal is to empower millions of people. It is not government sponsored. It is people coming together to synergise the little resources in their hand. It is not lottery nor is it automatic. It is hardwork, focus, sacrifice and commitment! However, if you play your part as expected, you will most likely benefit. It may not be immediate but it will get to you for sure. It is an empowerment program comprising ten stages. As you complete each stage, you are rewarded and you only have to register for the first stage; the system will register you for the next stage as you complete a stage even though it cost more to register for succeeding stage than previous one i:e N2,000 = 1st stage and the reward is N200,000. N10,000 = 2nd stage and the reward is N1m. N50,000 = 3rd stage and N5m reward. N100,000 = 4th stage and N12m reward. There will be bonuses as you attain some landmarks during each stage before the ultimate price as you complete the stage and move to the next. Once you get to the 4th stage, you commence training in any area of your choice be it welding, mechanic, bricklaying, catering, fashion design, tiling, music recording, movie school, football academy, agriculture and so on subject to the conditions given by the organization. As long as you are progressing in the program, you are not only entitled to training you which is the order of the day but we will also set you up! REGISTRATION Registration is easy. It costs N2,500. They are either unemployed or under-employed and yet, more graduates are being churned out from our higher institutions annually into the oversaturated labour market! What percentage of pensioners in Nigeria are comfortable and are not on the street begging or working again as security men, drivers, messengers or driving okada? Networking is the solution to the unemployment problem in Nigeria. Presently, millions of Nigerians are doing very well in different networking business. This opportunity is not different.
