chux76: MY BELLY ACHES OOOOOO....Can't forget the ABARA slap..mennnnn this slap can make u go scrambling into the nearest hole..no matter how small the hole is...scratching your back @ d same time..and the PAIN CEASES to stop...My Gosh...LOOL... You're right! Scrambling for the nearest available hole while your hands can't touch that exact spot where the pain is. |
Yoruba mothers produce the best range of slaps. These slaps will make you think you were adopted or bought with a price. IGBATI (Face Slap) : this will make you correct your wrong immediately! The beauty of IFOTI is, you will confess your sins on the spot. IGBAJUN (Same As Ifoti & Igbati) , IGBARUN & IFORUN (Neck Slap) will make you expose those who committed the crime with you without hesitation. ILADI (Buttock Slap): will make you pee in your new pants! Now ABARA (Random Back Slap): this is the worst of it all because it comes randomly on you, anywhere on back. And apart from IGBAJU, we have a more advanced one which is; IGBAJU OLOYI (Cheek slap that turns you 360°, it makes you see stars). When you receive this one, you will lose balance and your head will go into auto-search as you will be looking for what hit you. This will make you do all the actions of the other slaps above at once. You will even confess what you never did. Also, it can reset one to 3D (Deaf, Daft and Dumb). With Love From Oduduwa Nation. |
Emeca: u didnt say anytin abt winnin back customers...u said increase customer base which means getting new customers. Previous users of their service so far they retain d sim are still customers.I realized that I didn't explicitly mention it earlier... Modified it on the page. Thanks anyways.... I'm learning! Rich4god: To answer this by augumenting the previous answer... The coy can offer free data on every recharge above 200NGN, with this data say, 30/50mb, the customer can get to test the speed and also bring down the price of your data to below what other network give so as to get customers interested. Some might think of advertising, but in Nigeria now, testing is believing...Thanks.... happydasy: Anytime I play come dis thread, and read d big big grammers here, fear dey catch person. Emeca: Dis case study if u call it one to me is somewat simple. Whats d problem?? 'Snail' speed of d network resulting in loss of customers which in effect results to loss of revenue.Nice one here but still missing out the main point which is, how do you win back their customers. The populace at the moment have lost trust in the speed they can offer hence they're not willing to risk their hard earned cash no matter how little. How would you as a consultant get that done? |
House, while I was thinking over the weekend, a scenario popped up in my brain. The scenario I eventually thought to be a perfect business case study and I'd love us to drop comments and feasible solutions on. It might be to the gain of the said telecoy, if they've got a senior staff snooping through the thread...lol! Here We Go; Nigeria has a country is blessed with 4 telecommunication giants, MTN, Airtel, Glo & Etisalat respectively. Going by the technological advent of the world, people are being shifted from use of devices and gadgets that run on Megabytes to ones that in a flash would sweep off Gig's. Going by this, Nigeria as a country has a challenge when It comes to data speed and this is evidently seen surfing via any of the basic data plans on offering, by the service providers. Recently, Airtel rolled out a package termed 'Android Data Plan". This plan shocking going by the rates across board, is much affordable for most people. For example, 1Gig for #1,500 e.t.c . Prior to the roll out of this plan, Airtel has been noted for 'snail speed" and in some quarters, adjudged as the worst network in terms of data speed in Nigeria. This consequently, has led to the loss of 1.5million out of its original 3.2million customers and hence, a 40% dip in its data revenue. The management of Airtel Nigeria has however walked up to you as a consultant, to please help revamp and give practical steps on how to 1. Win back the confidence on the lost customers and have them port back from the other networks they've shifted to. 2. increase it's customer base going by the advent of the new data plan. Despite the news in town about their 'snail speed". How would you go about this? Additional Information; 1. Nigeria's telecommunication customer base in total is projected at 18million people and going by trend, it's expected to increase with about 12% this year. 2. Bandwith cost from the supplier is pegged at $1million per 10,000Gigabyte. 3. The cost of laying fibre optics to serve a community of 1000 people is an average of #10million. Thank You. NB: Figures here are assumed by self. |

ortodox: Case Interview Question : Your client is Arnold Schwarzenegger, Governor of the state of California. Hit hard by the recent financial crisis, California is projected to have a budget deficit of at least 19 billion dollars this year, and next year the budget gap is projected to grow to 37 billion dollars. Also, California’s credit rating is the lowest of all 50 states in the US, and there are persistent rumors that it is about to go even lower.Cultural advantage - largest mix of culture in US hence, wide market. Business incentives like lower tax on business, based on comparison with other states. Go on economic incentives advertising working with tested consultants. Do a PP on most government owned assets, giving people the chance to own. Creating a more safer city for investors as the human mind, is fundamentally attracted more to sink in assets in safe places. Collaborative works with group of investors to make CA, America's top tourist destination. Err.... I'll drop more make I think. |

swagoon: Case study:The choice of Teddy over Frank going by the years of experience made clear the fact that, Teddy has been a goal getter and had clearly delivered in terms of performance & meeting up with the company's target. However, Franks absence from work may have been culled from the conversation that ensued between him and his supervisor. He might have felt his work & ideas have not been clearly appreciated by his supervisor which in turn might indirectly infringe on his career growth. Frank also, might have wrongly posited his ideas to Teddy based on his 'assertiveness" which might not have gone down well with his manager, Inardvertently leading to a hostile relationship between them. The problem however, is the dwindling productivity of Teddy's team. His management style trails a now weakened, but autocratic laced, goal-oriented leadership path. Evidence of his goal oriented style can be affirmed by his rise under 2years of joining the coy. Resolution of Frank's problems could be treated under trio suggestions as follows: 1. The manager should have them both(Teddy&Frank) called to his office seperately, Having both parties state reasons for being at loggerheads, what they feel needs to be changed about themselves and ask about the feasibility of having them both work together. From the above, the manager should conclusively ascertain from his interrogation if they can work together. Should Frank be deemed sound by the manager, he should be brought back on board. 2. Have the remaining team of 11, undergo evaluatory tests and trainings suitable enough to ascertain if they're suitable enough to harness the needed productivity without Frank. If yeah, trainings be included to boost up their performs prance skills. If No, the manager should consult HR to either have do an internal or external recruitment of candidate who's performance drive is good enough for the job. 3. Teddy should submit in formal writing, what Frank's suggestions were. The manager thereafter, should evaluate if they could perfectly fit in to the team's style, and make decision to either have Teddy do away with his supervisory role/management style while Frank on the hand learns more about communication etiquettes or have Frank back in the coy, but in another department where he could perfectly fit in, while Teddy drills the rest of the team on how best to peak their performances. My First Submission.... 2nd in a bit @Paroman, I still dey this planet o! Congratulations in order for the new gig yeah? Been following the thread closely. EDITED; I dey think, she e no possible make Frank die ni?? As to why he just comot work without any notice and Teddy or other team members no find am go house. *just thinking out loud* |
I've Followed Aregbesola's Campaign Train Believe Me, He's a Performer. But, I'm Not Certain Who He Has Offended.....Coz With Every Passing Day, His Popularity Among The State's Citizens Keeps Depleting. He Single Handedly Made APC a Household Name In Osun As There's No Formidable Party Structure To Reckon With On Ground. It'll Be A Shame To See Him Lose The Elections As I'm 101% Certain, The Person Of Omisore Will Never Deliver Half Of What Aregbe Has Done. The Incumbent Is In A League Of His Own Alongside The Likes Of Akpabio. I Stay Optimistic Though On His Re-election. Although, It Might Be Slim a Margin. Don't Mention Me If You're Part Of The PDP-APC Bandwagon. |

Truth is, When I See or Meet Any Woman, Who Craves Any Of The Afmag Channels/Programs Maybe Save (Jacob's Cross), Bruh, She's By Default Out Of My 'Potential Wife's" List. The Weakest Link For An Smart, Ambitious & Success Craving Man, Is To Have a Gentle Dullard As His Wife. |

Ashantiking: Innoson doesn't even make their own engine. They import everything. What are you saying?? Innosson partly makes their own engines themselves but in a colloquated factory faraway in China. I've been to the plant, asked questions and seen things with my own here. Don't come and make fact deprived statements on here. |

This Looks More Like Innosson Rebranded. If You've Seen One Before & Observed Closely, You'll See What I'm Saying. |
