Hi everyone. The assessment was quite rigorous yesterday and quite professional. There were 5 major exercises done yday. 1. Group Discussion 2.Slide preparation/ Oral presentation 3. Logical and Numerical reasoning 4. Competency-based interview 5. Written essay. The written essay(20mins),slide preparation (20mins),oral presentation(10mins) and group discussion(20mins) go hand in hand cuz it will border arnd same topic. You'd be presenting on whatever topic given to you as a group. you'd also be writing an essay on the topic. Our topic was abt recession and how to find solutions The Logical and numerical reasoning also took 20 mins each. Basic stuffs y'all shud know so dnt fret. we also had ds career inventory form to fill. Although, we started fully arnd 3pm we left arnd 7:40pm. All in all, I was really impressed with FBN's level of professionalism. I wish those who are yet to go all the best. 11 Likes 1 Share |
