Olugbode, no one can truly tell you if you're successful or not till you get your passport back. Some say if you have a VAF number and the mail contains Dear "Olugbode" instead of Dear applicant then you are successful

Pg was same procedure ...dont know what was graded for them though
and I'm not too sure but I think the exams were diff from UG's

UG DAY ONE (Procedures)
(A candidate's and to-be awardee's view )
I thought this might help someone gain composure, confidence and relax ..lol
Note : the opinions below are mine and mine alone , not fsb s ...so dont take me hookline and sinker, procedures might be different tomorrow

STAGE1;
Fsb officials were on ground for 9 , we were told to arrange our docs in the proper order in two big brown envelopes and address the envelopes with our details .
We then queued and got numbers , which were to be our serial no for the day .
STAGE3;
local government certificate verification . An official from my state was on ground to stamp and date the certificates photocopy and confirm by asking simple questions about village, house no or ask to speak your dialect or no question at all
i do not think this is part of the scoring at all ..just procedure !
STAGE3;
You give your contact details to an official who records and you are given a little piece of paper with your state and serial no previously gotten from d queue .
STAGE4;
Your docs are checked and ticked present or not on a sheet with another official .
you present your originals for sighting including intl passport . You might ghet advice on the choice of country and courses here .. you can change them too.. Your docs are then submitted and sealed (2 envelopes)
NOTE;for Ug candidates with 2014 wassce, your statement of result from school principal is accepted since the certificate isnt ready. I d however advise you go with your print out too if u have .
Intl passport is optional for this stage, it would only be asteriked on yhe sheet with the official but you would be allowed to write in expectation that you'd have gotten it before you are called .
STAGE5;
For UG your WASSCE results are graded(your 5 core subjects) ...I hear it is over 60 .(A=12 B2=10 B3=8 e.t.c). Your most preferred country and course is finally registered here too.

STAGE6; we got to this stage many minutes past 2pm I think !

[/color]Here I sat down for the exam, received instructions and got the answer sheet(ppt computer read objective sheet), then the question paper (submitted with the answer sheet) and we started!....-_-_-_-_voooom!

Come to fink of it,y do pipl like bothering dm sef uneccessary??sm pipl r saying here dt dia dept. wil arrange for dia entrance exam letta.whr on earth do u get such info??well,mayb u need to be enlighten on d rizn y we av entrace exam in d 1st instance;The capacity for each dept shld be 50candid8(max),once we av anytin above dis,then qualifyin test shal b d only determining factor for selection.therefore,if your dept is nt among d ten shortlistd above for exams,then,accept my congratulation cos u r succesfl aready.i hope some1 wil nt argue dis wit me..:-)

Dear Avelyn, its very heart breaking to see such rude post from a lady. I will pretend I never saw the post. Please guys click that link http://www.uniben.edu/news/part-time-degree-programmes-extended-application-20142015. Only partime candidates will be writing on the 18th. The part time (Degree program) was extended for some courses till 14th October, and they'll be writing their entrance exams on the 18th.
Once again, anyone with UNIBEN PG past questions (soft copy)? Plsss.

amehrada: This is getting confusing, are we to submit the reference form ourselves and is it b4 admission or after admission? How are we to know when our transcripts has been received by the Pgschool?

donoz: I have also applied and forwarded my transcript. I was confused abt d referee issue till I went to Uniben PG school to make inquiry on dat. I was told dat submission of referee form will be done afta admission have bin offered.

Omero: No dey dont have to send any report on behalf of d candidate, just d completed and signed form wil do, ur refs should be ur former lecturers. u have to submit ur completed form to d PG school Uniben along wit support documents.
