OnlineNaira doe snot use Account Numbers, but Emails and Usernames. To certify, login and click on Get Certified on the left-hand menu.

Generally speaking, a member becomes automatically CERTIFIED after their account is VERIFIED and after the required documents are uploaded. The idea is to be sure that you are correctly identified and that any issues could be resolved with the Police or any other Government Authorities should there be a need for it. You will remain CERTIFED once the documents have been correctly uploaded. For CERTIFIED status, we need to see 2 forms of identification.

We need to see one of the following photo ids to confirm your personal details (who you say you are) - International Passport, National Identity Card, Voter's Card or Driver’s Licence. Your photo id must carry your image, your full name and date of birth as it is in OnlineNaira.

We need one of the following documents to confirm your address - Bank Statement, National Identity Card, Voter's Card or Driver’s Licence. The document must have the same address as you have in OnlineNaira and must be in .pdf format. Upload the front page of your address document. If it's a bank statement, it must be dated within the last 3 months. You will only be able to use National Identity Card, Voter's Card or Driver’s Licence if not already used to confirm your personal details.

Your scan must show the borders of the document so that nothing is missing from your id or statement.

Yes i use onlinenaira and it is very very reliable and fast! At first i was afraid that my money wont be credited,but in less than 3minutes i was credited as i deposited from my bank account using my atm. When i requested for a transfer of my money to my neteller account,it was completed in less than 10minutes although their exchange rate is abit high...#490 to 1$ is what they charged me but who cares ...i was able to fund my neteller account through onlinenaira!!!!!
