It is not really so, the geology of the area indicates that the oil in these two environments have seeped away. So Lagos has it as the environment is said to have oil in it. All this news are more like propaganda.... Maybe if new research indicates that's there's oil in economic quantity in Ogun or Ondo. They too can have a refinery.
