JohnBullMySon: Ok, when I watch games especially Naija, I try to monitor players' performance and abilities. Now let me use an example from this last two matches to drive home my point.
Uzoho and Okoye both faced a similar chance to their lower left at close range, medium speed.
Okoye faced a header to his lower left from a Benin player, he parried the ball out for a corner.
Uzoho faced a similar ball to his lower left as well, now instead of parring the ball out for a corner, he pushes it straight to a second Lesotho player who drives the ball straight into the net. Had the player not been offside, it would have been a goal for Lesotho. Wth?? Okoye faced a weak header he should probably have saved and Uzoho faced a well taken free kick. I don't think that's a fair comparison |

benji93: No. He's lacking in a lot of aspects to warrant that tag. Well-above average, surely. Borderline superstar, maybe I'll take that. Lmao Oya which aspect. Abi you are part of the "Ndidi cannot pass" crew |

DrKlever: Osimhen has good work rate but extremely wasteful in front of goal. Iheanacho and Onuachu would have scored most of the chances he fluffed. The reason he had those chances in the first place was because of his press and him getting into good positions |

JohnBullMySon: In terms of finishing. Sentiments aside, he is. Other areas, Osimhen trumps him. Yeah. I think I'll agree Osimhen is probably more complete. Either ways. It's good for us having guys who can offer different things |

DrKlever post=100340431: It's a shame our captain can't even give simple pass to save his life. Awaziem should come in for Ekong. Onyekuru should come in for Etebo then Iwobi should switch to 10. It just seems like anytime he attempts a long pass, he gives away possession |

Iwobi definitely has been poor today.
Our performance as well hasn't been good enough. We dey play like say na 1st set, second set we dey play.
Tyrone is gold abeg.
And for Ekong ehn... In 2021 this guy cannot still use his legs. |

maidaboi: Ndidi, Osimhen and Zaidu are the only players that can break into that line up Lol. Amad has only scored one goal all season. I'll pick any of our wingers ahead of him for now cos he has barely played for the first team. And I'll probably still pick any of Uzoho or Okoye over their goalkeeper. |

Zaidu sanusi is better than all their left backs
Frank kessie will also start for eagles
Jean akpa Akpro of lazio nko ? Maybe we can argue this
Iheanacho osimhen over any of their CF
I will also take our GKs over theirs Kpom You no dey suger coat things jare. We probably edge them based on depth sha |

charlesemeka85: Former England U21 skipper Nedum Onuoha has claimed that he did not turn down the opportunity to play for the Nigeria national teams, and has explained why he didn't accept a call-up to play for the Super Eagles fourteen years ago.
Born in Warri but raised in England, the Manchester City academy product was contacted by the Nigeria Football Federation in the weeks leading up to the 2010 World Cup but he shunned their advances.
Former Super Eagles manager Shuaibu Amodu also tried to persuade the dual-eligible center back to switch his allegiance from England to Nigeria in 2009 but was unsuccessful.
German manager Berti Vogts, who coached the Super Eagles 2007-2008, named Onuoha in his first provisional squad in 2007, only for the player to decline the invitation.
In an Instagram Live session with our colleagues Team Nigeria UK, Onuoha explained : "For the first five years of my career, I played for the U20s and U21s of England and the only time I got a call up for Nigeria in my career was from Berti Vogts when he was manager and this was in 2010.
"I got a call up from him saying he wanted me for the AFCON and at that time Roberto Mancini had just become manager at Man City and I was out of his plans and Berti was calling just before the turn of the year.
"This was the first time it happened that I wasn’t part of the first team. I didn’t want to leave and I was worried about leaving for AFCON and having nothing when I come back because people say this is a shop window, it raises your profile and for some people it’s not the case."
Onuoha revealed that he is proud of his Nigerian heritage and to buttress his point, the 34-year-old sensationally claimed that he never sang England's national team whilst on Young Lions duty.
"At the time I was 24 years old, this is what I’m thinking cause I was honest with Berti that I wanted to do it but it wasn’t just the right time.
"From that exact moment, nobody from Nigeria called me again and I was hearing from everywhere that I had turned Nigeria to beg for England.
" But if you look at it anything the media has said wasn’t true and to add to it I know my identity and I was honored to represent England but anytime I got to play for England I would never sing the anthem because I know my home is somewhere else.
"So I appreciated what I was doing and I was given because I’ve the British passport but I always have the green passport and playing for Nigeria is something I’ve always wanted to d," Onuoha concluded. What's the need for this shalaye-ing |

That was a 16 team tournament with one team qualifying from the group. The first group had DR Congo and SA The second had Egypt. IDENNAA: Nwanne , longest time.
Those Albanians , Armenians etc are very proud and patriotic country men. They have long history with the country that glued them to the land. As for Nigeria , the country is trash , as in , smelly latrine. Anybody that claimed to be proud of Nigeria is either an employee of the government who is stealing the country dry or the person is just a rettard. What's this pls?? |
