I do not believe that the law exists. Otherwise, landlords will just give tenants quit notices with the pretence to have the house renovated.

By God's grace, I am a landlord, and God graciously gave me some of the best tenants. However, whenever I am making any increase, I will pre-inform them through my lawyers and none has ever objected, because my rents are clearly within or below going rents.

Before I created this thread, the first thread I created was deleted by the antispspam bot and I was banned for 3 days I couldn't post anything on Nairaland until after three days before I created this thread.

It was because that first thread I put all the prices there, and my items are so many with a very long list, so I was immediately banned for 3 days.

You people should try and understand. No business man will come out to sell here and deliberately refuse to give information about what he's selling, but it's because of the harsh rules here on Nairaland, which applies differently to different people, depending on how the bot interpretes your post, so you people should pls kindly bear with me.

Those who want to buy have been chatting me, so many people chatted me, and I've been sending them the prices and pictures. Only very few people are asking me to put everything here, and I'm trying to be very careful to avoid another ban.

Practically,I have done all of the above and thank God I did it early.

I work where I earn 250k gross but honestly,my side income is equivalent of my five years I salary and I am level 12 officer soon to resign from this job.

My advice to salary earners, I am a graduate of Accounting and I have been working for the past 12 years but presently I don't have any savings. I have made some mistakes during this journey.
Below are my advice to salary earners so that you won't live in regrets as I am presently:

1. Save at least 20% of your earnings you can increase it if you have the capacity but it must not be below 20%, you can save it in a co-operative society, I learned that after some few months, they will lend you three times of the money you save with low interest rate.

2.Try and have a business plan, calculate the amount you will need for the business and save towards it, you don't need to leave your work unless it grows to a certain level that can pay 3 times your salary.

3. Don't touch your savings unless for business, it is good to save it where you can't easily access it , co-operative society, bank with instructions on duration etc

4. Don't entrust your business with family members, they don't take it serious, I have bad experience with this and I am regretting it.

5. Don't lend out your savings, people might not return it, I have bad experience with this and I am regretting it.

6. If you are working in a company where you have access to loan, please make use of the opportunity as the interest rate is low invest it in a business, there is no access to loan in my company so I don't have the opportunity..

7. Lastly know that you can't be young for life make sure you have a business running for you so that when the work force is rejecting your age limit, you will have something to fall back on

They asked me to pay 15k as administrative fees and I told them I won't pay because it was not stated on their website.
The guy insisted that it is not all information they put on their website, but I refused.

If they insist, make them believe that you're recording them, especially if they have their name tag

I didn’t take more than 50mins she had been captured. Now I kept monitoring online or expecting a call but I didn’t. I gave it 6 weeks because I didn’t want to go and they tell me it’s not ready. I reached out to friends I saw on that same day and they told me theirs was ready 2 weeks after and it was DIY. I checked online and it still showed passport production in process. I decided to go there myself and lo and behold the passport had been produced and ready for pick up since 13th of august. I’d advise everyone to first do it yourself , then after 2-3 weeks go there yourself to check cause chances are that it is ready.

Thank you once again for this post. I went to their office today and picked up the passport easily.
So DIY is real and it's working.
